I was very impressed with the Chiswick Plumber who visited my unit today. I had a leaking bathroom tap and was worried I was going to come home to a flood if I left it. He was very friendly, spotted the problem straight away, fixed it and was so tidy, I would not have known anyone had been. He also explained before he started, how much it was going to cost. This was a breath of fresh air, I've found in the past that some tradies haven't been accurate with their quotes. Chiswick was spot on. Thanks Chiswick, great service.

Needed some work done at my restaurant and was recommended to Chiswick Plumbing by the landlord. I could not have been happier. They priced it on the spot, and carried out the works immediately. They finished same day, and removed all waste and cleaned up the site as if they werent there. Hard to find old school tradesmen in this day and age.

Had a flood in my bathroom, and they were there in under an hour. Very tidy and extremely professional. Couldnt recommend enough. The boys even mopped up the place. They went that little extra, and it was highly appreciated

Michael was great he came and solved the problem quickly and efficiently. Thinking on his feet he also created a solution for a second issue we dropped on him. Clean and quick exactly what was needed.

The boys at Chiswick Plumbing have been a pleasure to have in my home..... I am currently renovating an existing bathroom which hasnt been an easy task as the home is around 100 years old and there have been some issues, but nothing has been too hard for them to handle with smiles on their faces.... Matt has been a gem!

We had a guy from this company come out a while ago and charged by the hour. What a mistake. He not only took an hour to wash a shower head but he cut small cuts into the base plate of the shower head. We only got the shower head replaced and he changed 6 outdoor taps into turning ones and the bill was over $1,000.

Can you believe that Chiswick plumber will ask you to pay in advance and promised that he got all the equipments and materials to use to fix the leaking pipe but only to use his hand to open the drain and remove the hair, that I paid For $529. Nothing done to the pipe to seal which he said causing the leak. I could not believe that removing the hair from the drain cost $529. Do not let this company ever step on your door step. I was taken advantage and no consideration when I made a complaint about the price. They do not care. Watch out.

Called these ppl as I didn't have any other number for emergency. I had a busted hose underneath my laundry sink with water everywhere. Plumber came and replaced the hose (I know they are only $12 at Bunnings) then told me I needed a new tap as well. Half an hours work and the charge was $900!!!
I immediately through the business card away. Will never use or recommend them to anyone. DON"T CALL THEM!

Nice guy. I was charged $270.48 for the replacement of three tap washers, one of which my husband supplied, we were aldo given a quote for the replacement of our toilet set up which would have taken some time no more than one hour in total time, I think the price was a RIP OFF. Never recommend or use Chiswick again. Margaret

Called this company to unblock a toilet. The service was very good, came out fairly quickly. Only problem was the cost...$85 call out + $400 to unblock a toilet that took 20-25 min, (no materials). We had the job done because is was urgent, will not call back again.

Replaced a hot water heater 3 years ago. They charged me over $3000 for a heater. I later found out it retails for $1200. It now has issues with the tempering valve. Chiswick wanted almost $400 to fix it. Got it done for $250. Please don't let these plumbers into your houses. You will be ripped off. They are masters at it. STAY AWAY!

Inexperience, expensive, they are not for emergencies. They couldn’t fix my hot water system but they charged $472 for nothing. Do not use them.

We called this plumber after hours due to a emergency with blocked sewerage lines flooding back all through the house.We had to authorise credit card payment prior to them coming out. The fees were outrageous but we had no choice. In attempting to clear the blockage they allegedly made the problem worse, releasing more sewerage into the house, damaged our pipes & left equipment they broke in our sewerage line. Local plumbers have told us their charges were particularly excessive. To date they have not come back to retrieve their equipment from our line & repair the pipes that are considered were damaged by them.

Wished I had read the comments on this company before I engaged their service. Nearly $650 for a blocked drain when i refuse the quote they charge me $80 for visit cost after that the driver call the office and reduce the cost to $280 and still charge the visit cost then I agree to do the job and the result is....did not fix a problem. Offered to dig up the drain for $3000+ to fix the problem. The next day call another plumber for $220 and solve the problem completely. Very disappointed with this company. I will never use them again and certainly will not recommend this company to anyone.

Double a pensioner because I didn't know better, the job is half the price that others charge. Feel ripped off.

Blocked sewerage pipe found at 11am. Called Chiswick Plumbing at 1120am, plumber on site less than 1 hour later.
Checked the problem and had it fixed and flowing again in less than 1 hour.
Phone contact person, excellent. Plumber who attended, bloody marvellous!!!!
Would reccommend Chiswick Plumbing 100%.
Worth every cent that it cost. Also reasonable for the Saturday call out, the response time and the job time.

I called Chiswick Plumbing at 1.30am on Thursday night. I had water spraying from my hot water tank, and had no idea what to do. So I called, spoke to Lorenzo. Not only did i wake him up, but he was so patient in helping me to turn the water off, and stayed on the phone until it was off. He then explained what i needed to do, and i received a return phone call the next day to ensure it was okay, despite the fact that my landlord was going to fix it. I was not charged for the help either, and Lorenzo was lovely and kind. Thank you so much!!!

Chiswick Plumbers are simply rip off merchants. They charged $600 to fix a simple tap that took less than an hour! They should be avoided like the plague. The will try and get you to sign a contract or a quote before they begin. Avoid at all costs!!
