Did not show up for booked job, no call to say that they weren't coming. Then when called pathetic apology.

An under floor gas leak needed fixing. They gave me a fixed price which seemed excessive and estimated 12 hours labour. They made it sound like a big job. I was concerned to get the job done asap because I had just got a $900 plus gas bill from AGL for gas supply. It took two plumbers three hours to do the job. The end result was a charge in excess of $270 per hour. Their upfront pricing is heavily weighted in their favour. Not happy.

Where do I start with this pathetic mob! Arrived late. Cancelled twice, employees arrived dirty, rude and with an attitude. Spoke to the people in the office and it felt like I was talking to a 2year old monkey. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Wished I had read the comments on this company before I engaged their service. Nearly $700 for a blocked drain and did not fix a problem. Offerred to dig up the drain for $1000+ to fix the problem. Very disappointed with this company. I will never use them again and certainly will not recommend this company to anyone.

Masive charges $540 for a blocked drain and did not fix the problem - huge mess lots of water and a very scratched sink.
I was then quoted $300 to come back and fix blockage, was also told it would take two hours.
Contacted another plumber $150 and 20minutes later job done - and no mess.

From my first service call to the final result of replacing my old bathrooms tapware. This cvompany was a pleasure to use! They gave me a combo price and made my 30 year old bathroom look brand new!! Best part i saved a mint by doing it all at once

Chiswick Plumbing came to my house and they could not of been more professional. Clean, well spoken tradesman who was on time and dealt with the issue. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a plumber to give this company a call .

Had Adam out from Chiswick to fix my leaking shower the other day and I was impressed with the attention to detail in fixing my leaking shower when I thought it was simple washer... and he explained every step... never meet cleaner tradesman in my life... will be using these guys again.

They arrive on time, review the issues & give you options. They don't just charge the maximum. I see others here say they are expensive, but we've never experienced that.

They're always available in a reasonable time - skilled plumbers- good at diagnostics and articulate in describing the problems and options- they fix it first time - I'll only use Chiswick now.

They made it stress free. I was offered two quotes, one to fix and the other to repair my leaking cistern.. Replace seemed to be the better deal so I chose that. Peter was polite and very good at his job. Highly recommended.

Don't go near them they are super expensive, charge an arm and a leg just to come out and then they rachet up the cost progressively as they get deeper into the job. They use an iPad to invoice you and they just get you to sign a new invoice as the cost increases. Buyer Beware, you have been warned about this mob.

Service was ok, came on time. Work also good but too pricey, too bloody expensive.
Jet blast $450 which normally only $250-350, cctv camera another $400 which normally only $120-150
Quoted to dig and replace pipe $2700 and quoted other plumber only $800
My friend replaced gas hot water charged $3000 which normally around $1500

Wished I had read other reviews on Chiswich Plumbing before allowing them into my house. Overcharged for a job that was not completed. Hit and miss approach at my expense. Company is not to be trusted.

They came out, spent 1/2 and hour attempting to clean out a storm water blockage which we found out later was a larger problem when our neighbours had the same issue. This cost $465 and they left sewage mess and did not attempt to clean. They did however spend time writing out a further quote for around $4,000 with no guarantees they could fix the blockage, and there would be further charges if anything unforeseen showed up!! Our neighbours got a different plumber who worked into the night and identified what the issue was (major sewerage across 4 properties). Steer well clear of them.

The worst is not just about paying unreasonable price, it is that they did not fix it, the leaking is still there!! AND they wrote down on the quote that this job has no warranty option. I do not recommend this plumber.
