Doesn’t cover greys

published

I tried this brand and disappointed to say did not cover my greys at all. I am quite proficient at doing my own hair so know what I’m doing and the only thing good I can say about it is the conditioner was good, however I purchased it for the colour,

Horrible My Hair Turned Brown

published

Purchased 2 boxes of Nice n Easy 9.5 Extra light blonde from Woolworths $18.00 have used it for years no problem until recently when i applied it and was shocked it has made my hair brown. Ive sent an email to Clairol as other have replied on here and received no reply its pathetic that no one has contacted me or others next will put in the hands of consumer affairs. This company doesnt seem to care about customers or their quality control you have lost me as a customer.

LONG TIME USER NEVER AGAIN HUGE COMPLAINT!!!

published

I have been using this brand and colour for years, I dyed my hair on Saturday and its now a dark brown almost black! It always turns out a lovely blonde. I have tried to contact clairol/coty on several occasions and have no response. I have pictures of before and after and kept the packaging plus the gloves which is evidence that there is something very wrong with this colour!

Absolute disaster

published

I am a natural blond. As I’m aging my roots are getting slightly darker so I colour it every few months. I use this same colour except today I ended up with black/brown hair which is impossible unless they have mixed up the colours. Not happy and now need to spend plenty of money to fix it. Do not buy
