Our gas furnace stopped working and I asked a competitor to look at it. After a short visit I was advised I need a new one because the control circuit board was broken. Climate master on the other hand got it going but gave me reasons to replace my unit and a time frame. They came sooner and replaced it. Happy.

The technician (Chris) arrived at the time arranged. He was thorough and checked our problem, providing information and alater sent a quote through for repairs. He also took pictures of the heating system so that we could see the issue for ourselves.

Technician was on time, engaged well in regard to the issue at hand. Pleasant and professional. After detecting the issue. Returned with the spare part and fixed the heater. Happy customer, will use again
