    Great heater

    published

Wonderful heater, keeps us warm on low setting, do not need the high one. Had another one the same model for over 10 years, started to cut out a while after igniting. So instead of having it fixed, bought a new one that will last us for many more years, keeping us warm.

Efficient, well designed gas heater (flueless)

    published

Decided to replace my old Rinnai (lasted me 25 years!) with a new model. The CosyGlow is a compact, efficient gas heater for even large rooms. Attractive design, many safety features, clearly a quality product. Good steady heat with 2 heat settings. Hoping this one will last as long as it's predecessor.

    RINNAI YOU LITTLE BEAUTY

    published

This little portable heater is great, it has two settings and well made. Our unit lounge/Dining and Kitchen are all in one, approximately 40 square mtrs in area. And this heater does a very good job of heating the whole area. Is cheap to run, with a 6 Star Rating. I would highly recommend this Product.

This has never happened to me! Better contact Rinnai.

Thanks for the question Fred. If the unit is switching off there is an unresolved issue, either a part has failed or one of the safety features has activated. Either issue will require a service call.

I had the same problem. Bought a new heateras it would have been cheaper than getting the old one fixed
