I have just purchased 2 pairs of men’s crocs for Christmas and have made an error with choosing the wrong size. Clicked and paid. Then realised it. Jumped online straight away to do the live chat to get the order augmented. They wouldn’t let me. They can’t cancel it either. Instead, the item needs to be sent, and then I will need to initiate a return for which I have to pay for the shipping.

The customer service when purchasing directly through Croc Shop is disgusting. I will NEVER purchase directly through Croc again. There are so many other stores that stock the product and have far better customer service - so I will go elsewhere for all future purchases.

I bought a pair of crocs online that were too tight and so tried to return it. I initiated the return on the online portal and did not receive an email back to know where to send the return. After an hour and a half on the phone to three different consultants, it’s still not resolved!

I order some crocs and I never received them they canceled the order and never sent an email to let me know they had done that when I found out they had done this took me 3 live chats and 3 call till I finally got my money back…. Do not order from Crocs Australia. I bought 2 pairs, different colours, same size. One pair made in Indonesia were good. Second pair made in Vietnam were 1cm shorter and within that pair the right shoe was 1cm shorter than the left! Crocs Australia would do nothing about them. Customer service kept telling me it wasn't a warranty issue. No, it was a manufacturing issue!

Ordered a pair of Crocs, money was deducted, no confirmation received despite 5 emails requesting same. Product ordered 16 days ago and still nothing from Crocs Australia.

Crocs Australia responds to my emails with a generic email saying I can return item for a refund (less shipping cost) plus I have to pay for the return shipping fees. I don’t have a product to return!

Shocking company. Wish I had of read all the other reviews before purchasing. Save your money and buy an alternative. If you Google Crocs alternative, there are plenty of other (better) options.

I ordered a pair of crocs work shoes online, I followed the size chart exactly and they were too big. I contacted crocs to arrange an exchange which I was told I jad to return for a refund at my expense. $14.50 to return them. And now 4 weeks to await a refund. Will NEVER be purchasing crocs again and nor will any of my colleagues. Terrible.

Placed an order with crocs Australia. Wrong item sent by them. Item returned promptly and asked to pay return postage for their mistake. Waiting since July 2023 for a refund. Have called and messaged and each time promised a refund. No refund ever comes. Wished a peaceful day in every conversation. Day would be peaceful if refund is given!
Not good enough!
