Beware when purchasing crocs online
Online storeI have just purchased 2 pairs of men’s crocs for Christmas and have made an error with choosing the wrong size. Clicked and paid. Then realised it. Jumped online straight away to do the live chat to get the order augmented. They wouldn’t let me. They can’t cancel it either. Instead, the item needs to be sent, and then I will need to initiate a return for which I have to pay for the shipping.
These items are not cheap. Save yourself the trouble and go in store to try and buy. Avoid buying online. Terrible customer service. Terrible process to i

Online storeThe customer service when purchasing directly through Croc Shop is disgusting. I will NEVER purchase directly through Croc again. There are so many other stores that stock the product and have far better customer service - so I will go elsewhere for all future purchases.

Online storeIf I could give it zero stars I would. Appalled by the customer service or lack there of. Needed to exchange sizes. They gave me a random address to send it to. Not even sure if I will receive a refund sending it there. Disgraceful!!!

Online storeTerrible Online service, I ordered Crocs and it took over a month (6 weeks) to receive them, multiple Live chats which I feel were dismissive, (they don’t even give you time to reply), and all they’re excuse ever was, was “High Volume Periods”. I find that hard to believe after reading the reviews, I wish I had read these reviews first.

Crap don’t buy

Bad sizing
Online storeDo not order from Crocs Australia. I bought 2 pairs, different colours, same size. One pair made in Indonesia were good. Second pair made in Vietnam were 1cm shorter and within that pair the right shoe was 1cm shorter than the left! Crocs Australia would do nothing about them. Customer service kept telling me it wasn't a warranty issue. No, it was a manufacturing issue!

Crocs Australia responds to my emails with a generic email saying I can return item for a refund (less shipping cost) plus I have to pay for the return shipping fees. I don’t have a product to return!
Shocking company. Wish I had of read all the other reviews before purchasing. Save your money and buy an alternative. If you Google Crocs alternative, there are plenty of other (better) options.

When I spend money on a product I expect to receive that product as it is advertised. The shoes I purchased are also a bit big, even though I used their size chart. I contacted crocs to arrange an exchange which I was told I jad to return for a refund at my expense. $14.50 to return them. And now 4 weeks to await a refund. Why are you so hard to get in contact with? I have tried chat "it says, you are 1 person in line", but wait and wait and nothing. Also no response to my email asking WHERE IS MY ORDER and why has it not been shipped as per your website saying 2-6 business days? VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I was able to get in contact with them via email. They stated that they were "experiencing some shipment delays due to a logistics system update to serve you better" and that there would be "up to 10 days delay in processing and delivering your order". I still have not received my order number or product... I wonder how many people are waiting...

I signed up for crocs australia to receive the 20% off as advertised but the code they emailed me says it has expired. I tried signing up with my other email and it says the same thing, so I can't use any of the codes. Any tips?
