This is very good unit, I have installed one today with 4 heads, i recommend there will not be any problem for 10 years if installed correctly . Also they got 5 years warranty on unit and installation also come with 5 years warranty, make sure all the customer get certificate of compliance from installer, which is require for warranty and insurance .Regards Harpreet ( qualified technician and installer for domestic and commercial Air Conditioning )

Quite and works like a dream. We had this installed in our unit with 2 indoor units running off the single outdoor unit and have been very pleased that we did. The total install was in the region od 5K and too the best part of a whole day to complete

Unit working ok as per usual. Unit 6-7 years old. This is the first problem apart from installation when the installers taped the water escape pipe to a conduit. After a few years the tape let go and the ceilings slowly filled with water and blew the plaster and had to be replaced and repainted Two ceilings affected. not happy Jan.
