Sleek machine that fits in well with most kitchen decor, looks good. Easy to use and coffee tastes good with a range of different capsule flavours available. It is quite easy to use although depending on how frothy you like your milk you may need to keep a eye on it in the frother.

User friendly coffee machine. Make great coffee. I can't live without it!!! Most importantly, it does not require much cleaning!! All i need to do is to fill up the water tank every two to three days and insert the capsule I like. All set to go :) Nespresso has offered a wide range of coffe capsule to choose!

The machine fits well into a small open kitchen en the design is modern and sleek. It is great that the pods come regularly on offer through your Nespresso Club Membership, but luckily there are other pods that fit as well. It is really worth the money and we hope, it lasts long (we only purchased it 5 months ago).

We got this as a present and I reckon it is one of the most used items in our household. Super simple to use, easy to clean and most importantly makes delicious coffee. Whether you want a cold or a hot coffee, this machine makes it simple and quick. We love it

We are not huge coffee drinkers but we like this machine very much. There are so many options with pod flavours and using it is very easy. You just choose your flavour (we always have a variety on hand) and heat the machine up, insert the pod in and push the button - very easy. It packs away very small and looks smart in our kitchen. It was a good purchase.

We have had our machine for 4 years now and have made many many delcious coffees with it! I had the aeroccino milk frother replaced just before 2 year warranty ran out because the non stick coating was no longer working but since receiving my new milk frother we have been careful not to clean it with abrasive scourers and it's held up really well! Very happy with this product

I love this coffee machine - granted it is the first one i've ever owned, but I don't know how i was getting by before. This machine is really easy to use! Just pop the little coffee pocket into the holder and press a button - that easy! (just remember to make sure there's enough water). Super easy to clean, as you just slide out a compartment and toss the used coffee pods out. It's compact and black looks sleek on the counter. I've had it for almost a year and still works great. I happily recommend this product.

For years I wanted a coffee machine and finally at Christmas I spent the cash.
It is fantastic. Simple to use and with little fuss, just pop in the pod and slide the notch. Mine came witha seperate milk frother, this is the best thing about the whole machine. It makes a perfect milk froth for making yummy hot chocolate drinks for my children.

I originally had a big fully automatic coffee machine but it was always such a hassle to use it and clean it after every use! I love how the U takes up hardly any space and all I need to do is chuck one capsule in the bin after each use! Love it!

Good coffee. Machine easy to use - drop pod in close lever and it's coffee time. Easy to clean remove two draws and descale when needed. Currently using re usable stainless steel pods - which work well with this machine. Happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend to others.

The machine is easy to use and easy to clean. The coffee tastes good (not as good as the espresso coffee from the proper coffee machine that uses freshly ground coffee beans though). The coffee machine itself is durable, I have been using it for couple of years already. But its frothier starts to be annoying after a few months of using. The mixer part of the frothier detaches whilst the frothier is on, then it automatically shuts down, so you have to dip your fingers in the milk and pick the mixer up and re-attach to the frothier and turn it on again. If you will replace the frothier it will cost you around $100. I saw a cheaper frothier from Aldi, its only $39.

Had my machine for 5 years. Tryed to descale the machine but no luck. Coles coffee pods do work in this machine but best stick to the Nespesso coffee pods. Had a look around for this same machine found it at Harvey norman & Bing lee for $99. Highly recommend this model.

I use 'Nespresso compatible' pods with this machine and they sometimes work ok but not always. Sometimes the water just dribbles through and I don't think that's good for the machine. I don't like that pods aren't recyclable either. I used to have a manual machine and when this dies, I'll go back to that. But in the meantime, if I can get my pods to work, it's not too bad. Very easy to use and clean.

I love this coffee machine, I have tried many different coffee pods from other brands but I keep coming back to this one. There is a great variety of flavours to suit all of my friends and family tastes. It’s very easy to clean and store and I would recommend this product to everyone

I have been using my Nespresso everyday for the last 3 years and I absolutely love it. Coffee is great, easy to use and so easy to clean! The machine is also a fantastic size, small and compact so it doesn't take up too much room on the kitchen bench. Can't live without it.

Coffee costs around 80cents per cup & is as good as if not better than cafe coffees. It’s easy to use & clean but there aren’t many places conveniently located for recycling the used capsules. The store showed me how to froth cold milk but my frother doesn’t do it. Still very impressed with my machine, one of my best purchases ever!

Since getting this pod machine are familys coffee consumption hass skyrocketed it really does make a fantastic cup off coffee and for anyone not on a budget i would highly reccomend this or any of the nespresso machienes. The only issue we have with it is the price of the capsules $0.5+ however the service you get at the nespresso stores when you go to buy more is second to none

I love it. Easy to use and more importantly easy to clean. Nespesso coffee pods are delicious offering a wide vaeiety of flavours. I use it with bodum cups and the temperature of the coffee and milk is perfect. Highly recommend it as a simple and easy machine to use.

The Nespresso is a fantastic alternative to cafe quality coffee at home. I love this machine and how easy it is to use. There are just 3 buttons depending on how short or long you want your espresso to be. Sliding the opening to insert the capsule will turn on the machine and closing the opening will begin the dispensing process. All the parts are very easy to clean and can be placed in the dishwasher to clean. I really cannot fault this, the only thing is probably the cost of the Nespresso capsules. I have not yet tried the supermarket capsules which are compatible with the Nespresso machine however may look into this soon.
