This product is so popular that I don't think I can explain it to everyone. First of all, the design is simple, the test method is too simple.
Capsules are sometimes a benefit of purchasing them when promoting online. But you have to check on the fact that sometimes things that are close to expiration may come.

I’ve had my machine for 14 months. It works well. The pods are expensive, but you pay for the convenience. We use ours every day, maybe 2-4 cups. Today the lights started flashing together, the door stuck, it reset after unplugging. I’m starting to wonder whether it’s the start of the problems described in some of the negative reviews here. I’m glad I paid for the concierge warranty, because if it keeps playing up I’ll get it replaced. I hope it’s okay; I’ve been very happy with it otherwise. If I can’t replace it I’ll just go back to plunger coffee. No more pods.

Warning - don’t use plastic capsules, have gotten stuck before, only use aluminium pods.
Use it every day and still going strong.
Milk frothier also makes cold froth! I love it in summer to make ice lattes.

Is getting very expensive. Neat, tidy, stylish and way to clean! No need to be a barrista, use this! You will think you are! I totally recommend this machine

Nespresso pods, in my opinion are the best in the pod market. Their range suits all tastes and even comes in decaf and (one of my favs) chocolate coffee. The only issue is the milk foaming portion. After a couple of months it stopped working (possibly due to the wear of the seal). I have purchased a cheaper alternative to use instead which isn't a problem.

Been having coffee from this machine and never bought any from outside ever again,great coffee machine, easy to use and clean.Love the pods and their coffee flavours especially cosi. You can get cheaper ones from elsewhere but they taste very different from the Nespresso. Definitely recommend it. Cant go wrong with the caffeine.

The capsule coffee machine saved my disaster morning! It’s user friendly, and ease to clean compared to full espresso machine! Good for anyone that cup of coffee wakes you up in the morning & not mention saves you time queuing in the coffee shop and loads of pocket coins (that’s easily $1000 p.a).

Purchased this product a few years back and have used it every week since. Fast, easy to use machine that delivers cafe quality coffee everytime. Clean up is not a hassle.. just make sure you descale the machine once in a while to avoid that bitter aftertaste. Nespresso pods are not cheap.. but for the quality of the coffee, it's worth it

Coffee is good, however the machine tends to play up a bit. Currently the coffee is coming out from the middle of the machine, not the spout.

The machine is super easy to use though and the nespresso coffee tastes great.

We've never had a problem with the milk frother.

This is a great coffee machine, easy to use and clean. However the only down side is the milk frother which is just a pain to use.

Oveerall, Nespresso coffee pods have the best flavour of all the alternatives in the market, outshining all the "other" brands from your local supermarket.

I bought this for my husband with no regret. He loves his coffee, easy and quick to prepare. Not as good as grinding one but it's till good for him. Lots of varieties to choose from, even got the milk frother attachment to it. It'll make your coffee looks fancier. Save you lots of money from buying coffee everyday.

Yeah its ok, for a fast cuppa in the morning, it is efficient. There is a draw back with the cleaning, it kinda sux lol. If it were self cleaning it would be better. The unit is quiet inexpensive, however you do get stung with the capsules, however I knew that before the purchase. Decent buy.

Really happy with this coffee machine. Its simple and easy. Just needs some water, coffee pods and you are ready. If you love a frothy coffee then milk frother is the best. I use it everyday and have no complains so far. I love to have a cappuccino which is why this machine is perfect, it’s compact, looks good

It’s a great compact coffee machine, that is very easy to use and keep clean. The coffee also tastes great using easy to use pods from the nespresso store and is also compatible with other generic pods which can be purchased from the supermarket. I highly recommend this machine to everyone.

Haven't had an issue with it yet. Also, I actually dropped it on concrete floor the other week and it still works fine, so it seems to be good quality. Generally tho there is not much product differentiation between Nespresso machines, so if this is out of your budget go for a cheaper model.

I am a good coffe lover, getting this machine was a relieve in my budget. The coffe made in this machine is great, I love the smell of the coffe coming of the machine. Perfect size for a small and big kitchen, good looking appliance. It’s is a bit loud when is processing the coffe, But happy with it!

Easy to use and easy to clean. I use the milk attachment not only for my coffee but to make hot chocolates for the kids. It is small and doesn't take up as much bench space as my previous nespresso machine. Great price too, I would definitely recommend to others that enjoy drinking nespresso coffee

One of the best coffee machines. I love to have a cappuccino and makes it perfectly fine with the milk frother. It as easy as simply putting in a pod and water. You just need to put the milk in the frother and you are ready to go. It is even easy to clean.,

this coffee machine is so easy to use and clean. I use it every morning before work and it has saved me so much money. it also tastes as nice as the coffee shop, however depending on the capsules you buy. Would reccomend anyone who drinks coffee on the daily to purchase this

Hasn't broken down yet, after 3 years of regular daily use and descaling only once during this time.
Taste of coffee has been consistent, with very little specks of powder at the bottom.
Parts easy to take apart and clean.

Tip: when descaling, make sure you have plenty of water handy to refill the container, it goes through at least 3 containers full and will start burning if there's no water left.
