All my questions were addressed and quickly replied to.
When I made the decision to buy, the product was delivered within 12 days -which is way faster than the other kitchen appliances I ordered locally on the same day. In fact at the time of this writing, I am still waiting for delivery on those local purchases.

The item itself was well packaged and on close inspection, no visible damage on the package (FEDEX) and once opened, the unit was in pristine condition.

Ordered on Wednesday arrived on Monday the next week!

I am sure that anyone looking at buying a new appliance is a bit apprehensive about sourcing it from Hungary, I definitely was. But it works and within a week I had my new induction cooktop and saved myself over $900 on the cheapest price here in Australia.
The question is not really whether to use them but why are we continually being gauged by retailers and distributors here at home.

My purchase came securely wrapped and placed inside wooden box, which itself was also securely wrapped. Shipping was fast. Item arrived from Europe to Cairns within 3 weeks. This is my first purchase of an large electrical item from overseas, and I was very impressed with the whole outcome.

This is my second purchase with EUappliances and because of the good experience with the communication and delivery with my first order, this second time I just ordered, sat back and waited. Because I knew I ordered a non stocked item (indicated on the website), I figured it would take a bit longer for it to arrive.

The packaging was, again, impeccable and very secure. Bubblewrap on top of the original packaging, a custom made wooden crate and on top more bubblewrap and shrink wrap made sure the oven arrived in perfect condition, and not least, at a very competitive price that you won't find in Australia. Smooth and faultless service all the way. Always happy to answer my many questions. The cooktop arrived exactly the day they said it would and the packaging was simply unbelievable. In its own wooden box, multiple layers of bubble wrap and then shrink wrapped. Arrived in Australia in perfect condition.

Came with custom chipboard box, and wrapped in oodles of bubblewrap. Perfect condition. Delivered to doorstep. Highly recommend!!

The product brochure's are not one in English, I'm English. Second is that the measurements are not correctly displayed. 590x520x57 I took as being the cutout for the insert measurement. I saw 600mm also mentioned as being the total width. I've had to purchase a second one based on the measurement issue. Second order still haven't got delivery date after 5 Day's.

Great product, communication and the ability to easily access appliances not available in Australia. My only negative would be the high delivery price, although I was very impressed with the additional protective packaging (orgininal packaging inside a wooden crate wrapped in 6 layers of bubble wrap) so the item arrived without a scratch.

Once unit arrived into stock less than 1 week for delivery to country SA. Oven packed extremely well.
