Now reading all these review's im title worried I shouldn't of shouldn't of here. I brought a mili function all in one adjustable weight bench press home gym has anyone brought this, if so any bad reviews?

Maybe I am one of the unlucky ones. Provided photos of damaged item, also wrong colour. They say 24/48hrs they will get back to me. It’s 6 days and still asking to send more pictures of damaged rug. At the end of the day it’s the wrong colour
So Dshop representatives can you please give us a honest answer about all these bad reviews, even if you do I won’t believe it because I know you’re NOT Honest!
people had problems like me, even worst ones too! Like taking their money and not Sending their items (even if you did send,
they would’ve had problems for sure) like I did
You blocked me from your social media pages after I posted the pictures and leave few comments about my purchases, Did you want me to lie to the people about my items and don’t show them the furnitures faults, scratches and falling apart videos so you can keep fooling people! I wrote a review and dshop didn’t post them too! I don’t want people wasting their money so I will try to let people know how ever I can what’s going to happen to their money! It’s waste of money and time with the
“HELP DESK” cheap quality (not bad but the worst products and dishonest Shop I have ever shopped! So you can answer know if you can!!!!

any luck with your refunds? they sent me the wrong colour table and i can't understand how is it so hard to refund when they have made the mistake

Simon- I went to Pay Pal but when fronted by Pay Pal, D-shop told them I had failed to return the faulty goods, even though they admitted receiving them, and signing the delivery documents. Pay pal ceased the investigation because pay pal believed them.
I purchased a new Joti mountain bike and have had nothing but problems with it, now I have a bent crank, I am very unhappy with the joti, and I wanted a refund but was offered a Voucher for my trouble, now this has happened it's the last straw.what can you do to help me.
Dshop has dragged out my dispute and provided no solution, no refund, and won’t let me speak to anyone. They even blocked my review from being published

Overall I am happy i was just waiting a while for that part of gym set that was missing at the beginning. They were apologetic for the delays.
I don’t know if you bought the treadmill but if you didn’t please DO NOT buy anything from Dshop! It’s waste of money very bad quality and cheap stuff... they will help you with everything until you purchase something after that they won’t respond or reply or contact you!!! I got 3 things at the same time and not even one of them was usable.. damaged scratched faulty tools and unsafe!keeps falling apart! Pictures are fake! they’re all photoshopped, the products are nothing like the pictures! don’t believe them and don’t Waste your money on rubbish. Please Just Try reading the comments and reviews
Some of the good reviews are paid! I don’t believe all of them! They keep offering gift card or maybe something else, who knows

I think i will have to do that too now as they just continue to ignore my emails. I've also noticed none of their Ads are facebook anymore. They have a FB page but you can't put posts on it, wonder why??

Why is it that purchases from your outlet if faulty and Photos of the item are sent to you then a further request for Video now covers 18 pages of e-mail messages for a purchase 7 weeks ago takes you to this final point when do you as most major stores offer give a replacement or refund Purchase price plus postage ....Will never recommend or purchase an item from you outlet again .

Customer support from this company is appalling. Would not even consider buying anything from this shop again. 6 weeks and counting and still can't get any response from these guys. Buyer Beware.
I'm not glad that happened to you, but I am glad that it's around the board, and not just me,3 weeks for a resolution for me and offered me $60 voucher, for their store, $350 bucks for a bike that I've had nothing but trouble with, it's criminal.will contact ACCC now.
Hi Simon ...Try also sending a copy to a Current Affair . There are now hundreds of Complaints on the Google site and it is time that the Disaster Shop was fully disclosed for their stall practices . I had 18 pages of e/mails to them over a 7 week period and with this threat they finally Paid me out ...Good Luck

Do not buy from this company....Buy your "6 in 1 fitpal home gym"... From a reputable dealer...Do not purchase from dshop, they only ever sell inferior, products, made from substandard materials...If you complain about the quality, or try to get a refund...Or exchange...They, will...Ignore you!
I have tried every day for 3 weeks to obtain a refhbd and return the rusted out they sold me as a "Quality product"!
Do not believe their 100% satisfaction guarantee.....It does not exist!!!
I have had to go to consumer & business affairs to try and get some action done, to either get my so called quality product, or a refund!! Please....Do not waste your time...Or...Money, after 3 weeks and 20 emails!!!!!
I am also going to Contact consumer affairs as a Faulty shaver paid for by me 7 weeks is in the same situation ie Request Photos, Videos etc but when you respond no answer / reply

If anyone is waiting for a refund I suggest you go to your bank and call it a fraudulent transaction because they never refund money
I do all my purchases with my credit card but through paypal, i waited nearly 4 weeks for my table to arrive giving the company a benefit of the doubt with covid19 and all. I contacted the company on many occasions only to be given the run around, So I contacted paypal and within 3 hours had my money back. As a rule now everytime i purchase goods and they have paypal as a payment option I also choose that!
bought a coffee table from them it arrived damaged. Have been sending emails and phone calls but just get the run around. They have different addresses and have an Australian ABN number registered with ASIC.
Will be calling Department of fair trading today. I'm over contacting them with no results.
I used NSW fair trading to help me get a refund, they have taken the product back but not refunded my money. I am putting in a complaint with ACCC as they are in breach of their advertised returns policy. By the way it took me 5 months and about 300 emails to get this far with them.
Thanks for your reply. I have been in touch with Queensland fair trading and have to ring them back on Wednesday to move forward. Just don't know how they can get away with it. I will keep you informed how I go with fair trading and please let me know the outcome from ACCC. I may contact them as well as the more people that do it may help them build a case. Take a look at ABN numbers. They have changed their name a few times. And have 3 different addresses. Very doggy.
It took me 4 weeks to get a replacement for a damaged chair. Call them and email them almost every day!

said they were going to send a replacement but surprise surprise nothing came. They just keep spinning the same old promises, the last offer was for me to send back and then would get refund. Just more of their stories. Its now in the hands of doft, just have o see how it goes from here.

A very doggery company. I have spent hours trying to get my money back with no response. I have contacted Queensland department of fair trading they were looking into it but no joy there either. I have given up for the sake of my mental health

Still no table but I was lucky I paid with PayPal created a dispute with copies of my emails had a refund within 3 hrs.
My ticket I created with Dshop on the 16th June has still not be looked at and I doubt will ever be. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with they are all a pack of scum bags. The customer service is not in Australia and they aren't a Australian company!!! Steer clear from these guys!!!
I ordered a table on the 25th may and still haven't received it, It was issued with a Toll consignment note but no one knows where it is! I have been told by Toll Ipec that it looks like it may have never been picked up Dhsop has just created the consignment note and that's it!
I have asked for my money back but it looks like that's going to be a fight..

I ordered a desk 5th June and never received it. They just kept telling me to wait for my desk and then wait for updates from Toll. I'm sick of waiting so asked refund and they made me wait again to proceed it. I'm pretty doubtful if they are ever coming back to me.

I purchased2 items from this company on the 22nd of may 2020 it arrived on 30th and one was great no issues whatsoever but other is so faulty and unsafe have been in dispute with them ever since I waited 7 days for first reply which I have made numerous phone calls and emails about item, which cost $200+postage and so they offered me a $100 gift voucher to spend in their store which I have refused requesting full refund and not interested in replacement time and time again so as of today they have said they will send me another item to replace first item which again I have requested full refund +postage and again have to wait for reply, so I have now contacted ombudsman and going from there.

If you filter on all the 5 star reviews in here you will find they are all spam as they are vague and not verified. I flagged my limit to have these removed. Everyone should do the same as it is misleading.
I am so over this so now they apparently will refund my monies if I send item back at my own costsand as long as I have (To return an item for refund or exchange, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)) as they will not accept returns with out this but I have been in contact with everyday and as many emails and escalations to have this issue resolved this is the most dodgiest company and yes I to have put in a complaint to ACCC

hi, i have heard good and bad things about dshop, and i was looking to buy a at home gym set. but unsure if i should purchase it off of here. We had 6 pieces of office furniture delivered, and they were assembled by a tradesman late yesterday. Five of the items are now complete and we are very pleased with them. The trades man was impressed on the quality of the pieces. When the Infinity vertical shelves were almost completed he discovered that the last draw could not be completed because he had two fronts left and no back. Could you please send me a new front and matching back so he can come back and finish the job. I have taken photos of the two identical fronts and can publish them if you would like conformation. He is very interested in making a purchase himself. but will wait till he finds out your response. Thank you Ruth

They don't have a contact number only online messenger or emails.
This is part of the problem. There is no way to contact them unless you email them through their website and it's very general, not like a consumer hotline or customer service dept. This added lengthy delays in trying to rectify the problem we had.
