We are very impressed with the service provided both by Bunnings & Dux. The hot water unit is running very well & providing continuous hot water for 4 people . No more complains of lack of hot water

I have 3 people living at premises and we use hot water for kitchen and bathroom constantly. This hot water system fitted two weeks ago and it’s working in excellent condition so far. I haven’t been using dux HWS previously so I have less knowledge about this system.
I would like to mention it’s working perfect so far and Im happy with dux professional service provided
I haven’t notice any temperature fluctuations so far

we installed this unit for a few months now, bought it from Bunnings very happy with it, hot water is running steady hot and strong, the old unit was also a DUX which last me almost 20 years that why we replaced with the same brand.

The water was hot from the beginning. There has not been any leakage at all. The unit has also met my requirements well even when l have had visitors stay over for a couple of nights. That has been one visitor.

We installed a prodigy 4 from Bunnings after our old unit broke down and was leaking water on a Monday,by Wednesday we had it up and running .
From the time we placed our order in Bunnings to the time of installation it was excellent.they came to installed the unit at the arranged time .We were well looked after.Our hot water is much hotter than before.We have the unit 6 months now,really good.

Bought the Dux Hot Water System from Bunnings to replace our old one and had a smooth and fast installment. We we're using our hot water in no time. It's been installed for a couple of months already and haven't had any problems with it running out. We have a family of 6 and it's just great for us. Would recommend it!

Replaced our 14 year old Dux with Prodigy 4 as the new unit was the same size installation was easy plumber was on site only 30 minutes . The unit serves our household of 3 adults and a 3 year old with ease.We used Bunnings with buy / install deal, and nothing could be easier, installer was great and the change over was done in 3 days (old unit was still working) We have never run out of hot water and have no problems if other taps in house are used when showering.The unit has now been working for over 12 month without any problems, hope it lasts as long as the last one.

We dealt with a very efficient and kind installer who was also very honest. The hot water is exactly what we needed. I have a 1 year old boy so having hot water at my fingertips is a must and Dux delivered. Perfect. Thanks Dux.

Our hot water service died unexpectedly in the middle of the night after around 12yrs of moderate usage. I needed the service to be replaced ASAP but that wasn't possible as it was Friday morning.

I went through Bunnings and was able to order the DUX Prodigy 4 hot water unit direct from them with same day installation by a local plumber, and was able to pay for it over the phone, cheaper than anywhere else. Free delivery of the unit too. I had to wait until Monday for the delivery and installation but it all went ahead, hiccup free. Great service and excellent product.

Dux Prodigy is a value for money. My previuos hot water was Prodigy 3 and it was very efficient and last longer for value. This is the reason I have taken the same product but a better performance, which is the next generation Prodigy 4. I am very happy with it and would recommend it to others and family.

Our 11 year old system died and Dux was able to organise a replacement and install on a Saturday. Good price and product, everything is working perfectly. I’m very happy and would recommend Dux to family and friends

We needed a new unit for our rental property. This product ticked all the boxes, great price, great service, great unit. Positive feedback from out tenant. We would definitely buy again.

We needed to replace our 16 year old Dux Prodigy 3 in a hurry (big puddle on the ground under the unit) so I went to the local Bunnings at 7am on a Friday morning and had a new Prodigy 4 supplied and fitted by 1.45pm the same day. Can’t get much better than that! Everything appears to working perfectly so far. I looked into swapping over to a continuous hot water system but we would have had issues with the size of our gas supply pipe (too small) and lack of nearby electrical outlet. In the end we stuck with what we had and couldn’t be happier.

Our new Dux hot water system was installed in December & from the moment it was installed, I’ve been so happy with it. The Install went smooth & the installer was on time & very polite

Great unit works well and water temperature is great no complicated about this product l would fully recommend to all my friends if any one to buy a new hot water system buy this product go to burnings they are good price and will arrange delivery and installation and take old system away

We had a Dux unit for over 10 years, I think about 13-14 years. We never had a problem with it and when he had to replace it we got the same Dux water heating system in an updated version. Very happy with our hot water heating system for the moment and I hope we will in the future too.

I would not buy A dux ever again and have advised everyone I know how poor these are and when it comes to after sale service don't bother cause they are not interested. Stay away from DUX it lasted 1 year and it has had problems ever since pay a bit extra and get a Rinnai.

units was installed 2 years 4 months ago, so it is out of warranty.Gas keeps going out having to relight approx 2-3 times per day. It replaced an 18yo dux system that never gave any issues but packed it in finally. Replaced with the 135l prodigy system. Gas goes out all the time and their service agent tells me these systems are very poor quality. Another agent tells me he can modify to give no issues so I'm going with that option to save $2460 (modify is $90 + call out)

Coming into winter and no hot water
I would expect that a major item like a gas hot water heater would last longer than 5 years
Water is leaking everywhere and internal corrosion is evident at base
Not a good product made evident now by reading reviews
When you specialize in gas water heaters this is very disappointing from DUX
