Just had a dux 160 proflo installed and can only get 1 shower and water goes cold what can be causing this?

Need to know if this is electric or gas,Mine is 315 ltr electric for 5 people household and never had a problem.Did you allow enough time to fully heat up?Cheer's Krusty.
