great fit for the kitchen boiler, looks fantastic in my unit.
the plumbers could really up their game in contacting and letting me know when they are coming, otherwise, highly recommended

Only had about 1 month, and all's well. Likely better to be asked for a review after 12 months or more after any possible problems could be expected to be revealed. Installation service was seamless and efficient.

Handles our hot water needs with no issue. No issues with temp or heating. This 30 word minimum is likely to result in me never ever bothering to write another review for anything.

My last one had problems after 17 years. I replace by the same, and the most interesting is the agility in facilitating the renewal. I have been using for a month now without any issues.

The Dux unit that was replaced lasted 20 years, so I was happy to go with the Dux Proflo, which has a 10 year cylinder warranty. A new external valve was also fitted with the installation. The flow of hot water increased, as did its temperature, and my electricity consumption dropped by round 3 kw per day, whilst water consumption rose by around 15 to 20 litres per day.

The unit was installed the day after I phoned & was reasonably priced and the installers were polite and efficient. It looks well-made & works well so far, but I can't say more than this 'til I've had it a while. I'm hoping it will last considerably longer than the 3-year extended warranty on parts and labor which I was offered for writing this review.

Bought as replacement for my Not working 15-20year approx old dux hot water system. Old one worked wonderfully so hopefully this new one will work just the same. Was ordered two days ago, delivered yesterday and Installation done today. Very happy customer.

I have only had this unit nine days. I was replacing another Dux 250L unit that I'd had 16 years. No problems so far and it's great to have hot water again!

Lived residence for 31 years. Replaced another brand 3 times . If I would have replaced the first with a Dux I would have saved plenty just in electricity bills. Does everything I need. Very pleased with price, installation and especially warrantee.

Usage good demand is just three adults
dont have any problems with temp thus far only been installed 10 days the temp is adequate for our usage and hot enough to wash the dishes

Had looked at other brands and thought I would try your product. Supply and installation was done quickly.

Purchased thru Bunnings. I saw a lower price on-line elsewhere but when I checked again with Bunnings, they had already beaten the other price!
Like-for-like replacement installation advertised at $299 which looked good, particularly as the old and new units were identical.
HOWEVER, I had to pay extra for 3 replacement valves which was unexpected, totalling approx. $320.
The installation was very quick, on-time and no mess left, excepting that I had to dispose of the old Hot Water unit and the new one's carton myself.

Early days yet for accurate appraisal but after a few weeks everything points to an excellent product. Installation was on time and we received a great talk through from the installer on completion. Process from enquiry at Bunnings to installation was simple and very timely. Price more than competitive with other brands.

It is really too early - one week old - to make a definitive appraisal but we are happy to have hot water again. Although the installers were most obliging and efficient, an error was made in the electrical connection. We were without hot water for three more days before an electrician rectified things.
