Dyson DC37C (page 3 of 10)
Multi Floor, Origin (See All)Suction is great and consistent. It’s a really light machine and this makes it extremely easy to manage even for the kids lol. I have timber floors and a rug and it’s great to be able to do both floors with the one appliance. We don’t have a huge house but it performs extremely well and meets our needs

Best vacume cleaner, works really well. Carpets always feel so clean after every use. Dog hair not a problem. Also power cord is great length so you don’t have to unplug and replug to do a large room. Only fault would be that it can be a little heavey. But my god fantastic

I did not want this dyson vac, but hubby was sold on the hype, and when our old trusty vac took its last suck the old boy insisted we try a dyson. Even in the store I saw and tried other vacs I preferred, but hubby insisted I would be happy he coerced me in to getting the dyson. It was heavily reduced, so we bought it. It feels cheap, sounds cheap, and performs no better than my old vac that cost me $45 and lasted 10 years without faltering. Emptying the bin is fiddly. It seems to drop open the wrong way. It is not as easy to manouevre as other...
Read more vacs, and the everyday head has a high profile so does not fit under all your furniture. The extendable wand is handy, but air leaks from it and reduces suction. In summary - get a cheaper model that is smaller, more manouvrable, and is not as ugly as this big orange dud of a machine. And more importantly, don't shop for vacs with someone who has never even used a vacuum cleaner.- 8 reviews
Very happy to change to this vacuum from Philips model. Much more powerful and effective and saves me time. Got it at a good price as it wasn’t the latest model but works great nonetheless. Works great on multi surfaces like tiles, parquets and carpets. Wouldn’t recommend a better product brand than dyson

Great vacuum with good suction and performance. Not the most quiet vacuum but it makes up with it with how powerful it is. Its kind of heavy so a big difficult to move around the house. Especially as the cord isnt that long so lots of moving around is needed. Primarly used on carpet floors and tiles. Does a great job on both.

So good to have a vacuum that easily changes from cleaning wooden floorboards to tile to carpet. I have two dogs and it’s great to get this vacuum out a couple times a week and do a quick clean of the house - was a bit confusing at first to work out how to empty the cylinder but after a few uses i have figured it out :)

Friend of mine recommended I buy this vacuum cleaner, I was very surprised how much better its was from my old one which was still working, it never seems to loose suction even when its getting full.
Bag-less very easy to empty and clean with a very long power cord. I would recommend it.

good machine when working well but must be emptied every time and seals can sometimes not fit correc
average performance, think the miele I owned previously was a much better machine for all surfaces, only I guess the cost of miele bags was becoming expensive, also the dyson tends to get caught on corners when you are pulling it around the house.Washing the filter constantly is a pain

Good quality vacuum that does the job. head gets clogged up quite easily though
Have been using this for 4 years and does the job well in our large 5 bedroom house. Only negative is the head gets clogged up with hairs etc and the wheel stopped spinning as a result. I'm sure if i cleared the head a bit more often it wouldn't be a problem. I phones dyson and they sent me a new one without charge. Great service.

Wow what a product. This vaccume is by far the best product on the market. I have owned a few different models over the years and all of them are fantastic. The suck factor is just great. My house is always spotless and the vaccume nwver misses a thing. Best product.

The suction on this dyson is AMAZEBALLS! It sucks so much that we have to make sure not to suck the blinds into the vac. I have sucessfully killed many huntsman spiders with it!
It is not very light or quiet but is easy to maneuver.
I have mostly carpet, however also a small amount of old tiles. The vacuum easily cleans both! My unit is a 2 bedroom with a small bathroom, kitchen and laundry.

Used on both carpet and hard floors. It’s had a fair workout as I have a two year old and a dog. Only thing I’ve found is that although it’s grwat with dog hair it’s not amazing. Struggles with getting dog hair out of carpet in the car. But besides that it’s amazing!!

I have mixed feelings about this vacuum. It works very well - the suction power is great (the best I have ever used), there is a long power cord meaning I dont need to plug and unplug the vacuum too many times when cleaning the house. I dont use the additional pieces very often but when I have I also found them to work well. The issue that I do have is that it is very heavy! There is a bit of a drag as I pull the vacuum around the house, and trying to get it up and down stairs is awkward and tiring. I would still recommend the vacuum but perhaps not if it is for multiple storey homes.

We finally decided to bite the bullet and buy a Dyson vacuum cleaner. It is loud but does an exceptional job. Has good suction, and has good interchangeability with its added components. Some of the fittings seen flimsy but haven't broken yet! I'm happy with purchase and would buy again.

The is the only vacuum cleaner I need . Just does the job perfectly, great suction, great reputation and the machine lives up to that reputation.the advertising is true to the product. I have not been let down. The product does all that it is advertised to do. Love it.

Purchased this a year ago and it’s still have a very powerful suction till today compared to a couple of other brands that I have used in the past. Easy to install and used. I find the barrel system quite easy to empty after used and its does carpets really well. It’s small and compact to store in the linen cupboard. Quite happy with this little gem.

I bought my vacuum around 5 months ago and I think it works very well. This is the first Dyson I have owned and I wouldn't go back to any other brand. I bought it on special at the time which helped as they are an expensive purchase. The bag-less catchment is very easy to empty and the vacuum is easy to move around the house.

This is a very good vacuum. It has great suction power, an extendable handle so no bending and a long cord so not plugging it in multiple times around the house. I like that I don't have to worry about buying bags but I hate having to empty the barrel. It comes with a scraper to help clean it but you really need a brush to get all the dust out.

I like the length of the cord... overall it's a neat package. However, I really did expect it to clean my floors. It leaves a lot behind and it blows pet hair across the floor. I have to jiggle it a bit to try and pick up bulkier bits on the floor. It usually spits those back out. Sigh.

This vacuum cleaner has good suction and it is easy to wheel around, the cord is of adequate length, the noise levels are good for a vacuum of this quality, it is easy to empty once its full of dirt and i have found this cleaner to be durable and able to handle a lot of knocks and rough handling, on the negative side i have found that this vacuum cleaner gets blocked often at the point where the hose connects to the barrel of the machine and clearing the block is a time consuming process and for this reason alone i am only willing to give it 3 stars

When you hear the word "Dyson", what do you think? If you're a movie dork like me, you'll think "Dyson? Miles Dyson! The scientist in Terminator 2 who created Skynet which destroyed the world and invented Arnold Schwarzenegger! The Terminator films are awesome, even if director James Cameron definitely stole the story from a Harlan Ellison episode of the old scifi tv series The Outer Limits! SCIFI FTW! WOO!"
If you're not a movie dork however, you'll most likely scream out "DYSON VACUUMS! This is fun, ask me more questions! Weeeeeee!"

Read more popularity of Dyson vacuums is much like the inexplicable obsession people have with cheese. One day you're 9 years old, eating dirt while falling out of trees and having confusing dreams about Sarah at school, and the next day you're in your 40's sitting around at dinner parties discussing the sucking power of your new Dyson vacuum while eating Camembert. Like most normal people, I hate vacuuming, and that has led to my hatred of spending more than $100 on a vacuum cleaner, which has limited my buying power somewhat to cheap Chinese made knockoffs. Till now, I've made do with a flimsy rattling piece of plastic from Kmart that I'm pretty sure actually added dust to my rooms, and a $50 cheapy I bought along with milk and bread one night at Coles supermarket. Both these units lasted a couple of years each before they gave up working with an almost audible "Kill me... please kill me". My wife, now sick of the children building dust forts, convinced me to buy a new vacuum, but this time to buy a good quality known brand, like proper people at dinner parties do.- 6 reviews

Best vacuum cleaner! Had it for 5 yrs and no issues.
Very strong suctions esp with thick carpet. Easy to work out how to use and easy to clean, even the filter. YouTube also help alot with disassembling the parts to clean
Pretty quiet and light.
Easy to move around and can be used up to 2 weeks before emptying the cylinder.

We have had our Dyson for about 4 years now and it still works well. Suction level is good and it's easy to empty. The only downsides I would list would be that it sometimes falls over while we're manoeuvring about, and that it can occasionally be tricky to switch between the brushed and non-brushed modes of the normal vacuum head.
I recommend Dyson to anyone I can!

Mine is still going strong after 5 years. It has outlasted all of my previous vacuum cleaners. Does what it claims to do, no loss of suction and it's super easy to tip out the dust. I would definitely recommend a Dyson, it's a fabulously good investment and much better than the cheaper brands.

This is a product that proves quality is more important than price. You may pay that bit extra but when it comes to using it you will be happy that you didn't get that cheap one, especially when it comes to cleaning it. It is very well engineered & worth the extra expense.
