Incredibly uncomfortable and terrible after service
Super KingThe most terribly uncomfortable mattress. I have never suffered with back pain before but ended up with a terrible problem after using this for a week. Used the after sales return service but it took many weeks and lots of effort on my part to get this sorted. Very disappointing all round.

Super KingThe process of ordering to delivery was phenomenal. Ordered the night before and the following day the mattress was delivered to our door. Mattress took a little to get used to, both of us were sore the first week or so getting used to the firmness. The size being super king is great, we just had to buy a mattress topper (not from ecosa as was too expensive for us in the size, so from another brand) to improve the feeling and our sleep as need softer. It would be great if there were more options in terms of firmness and not just medium, medium-

Some people enjoy a little softer, more cloud like, but with the support. Would also be good if there were more budget friendly bed frames to suit, even on sale the only frame that was available for this particular size was basically double the mattress cost. Was pleasantly surprised that the waterproof mattress protector was included in the box as it's still almost $200 out of pocket to buy separately. I had purchased one from another brand that was cheaper but now we have multiple. Haven't noticed a huge difference in quality of sleep as we're still a family with 2 kids under 2. We also purchased the ecosa pillows as the claims sounded great, hasn't changed anything in terms of snoring or neck issues but hoping it does soon. Still undecided but going to live out the 100 day return policy to see whether we keep or not. Also found out after the fact of purchasing for the referral program. There was no pop up or anything to choose to make an account with them and I only found it after purchasing to convert from a guest account to an account. My friend had no idea either and has purchased quite a few items from the company but would have done a referral had we been aware. Overall, good Australian brand, the quality is much better than I anticipated. Takes a bit to get used to, just not sure if it is the perfect fit for us just yet. Would have preferred to have the option of a softer firmness level or bigger discount for a mattress topper to counteract as it all adds up. Would still recommend this brand and company with the service provided and the 100 day refund policy is great even for them to donate the mattress after a full refund. I know there's so many people out there who would love the mattress and I do recommend trying to see if it suits you.Collected in partnership with Ecosa

Super KingConsistent follow up phone calls over a period of 5 days with ECOSA and To My Door couriers to try and ascertain the status of my order. False promises to call you back and to deliver. WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY ECOSA / TO MY DOOR courier again. BUYER BEWARE. Nil customer service and care factor!

Terrible Terrible Customer Service, Stay Clear
Super KingTerrible customer service. I ordered a mattress on 2nd January, the website promotes quick shipping and with my location stated 1-7 business days. Here I am 20 days later with nothing. I've contacted customer support over 5 times now, the first time they told me it had shipped but tracking details suggested otherwise. They then told me on numerous times over the course of 2 weeks that they were trying to contact their warehouse to see what had happened, no response at all from them and everytime we spoke to them the same answer, how long does i
... Read moret take to get an answer from your warehouse staff?? Its a superking matress so how hard can it be to find? I've contacted the courier company and they say they don't have it. So far I'm 3 weeks now sleeping on the floor with no resolution offered by Ecosa, they just give the same canned response that they are making enquiries. Why not organise a replacement mattress, why not get down to the warehouse to check why your staff are not responding to enquiries, why not get on the phone with your courier manager to get it sorted? Couldn't be more disappointed with this company and how they have managed this issue. Blaming the couriers is poor given they could resolve the issue, get another courier or send out a replacement. I use several couriers for my business and none of them are experiencing delays of this size, at best a few days but deliveries are getting through in good time. UPDATE: I was contacted by a company rep asking to email them with the issue, despite having contacted them several times over the past few weeks. I emailed them regardless asking for a replacement to be sent out, they refused saying that it would be quicker to sort out the issue with the courier company. I contacted the courier company who told me they have never recieved the item. Seems to me that Ecosa never had the stock in hand to begin with but were trying to fob me off, and are continuing to do so. I've requested a replacement be sent out which they seem to be refusing to do, I've also suggested I come and pick it up in person but have had no response to that. Super KingSuper Kings are very difficult to find in shops and mostly takes 4-6 weeks for delivered. Love the convenience of ordering and getting it delivered on same day thru Ecosa.

Regret my purchase every morning
Super KingI wish I had never tried this mattress.
I trialled it for a couple months and found it too uncomfortable. I requested to return it and although was not denied was instead recommended that I accept a free topper which would make it softer to sleep on.
I thought the initial customer service was good, quick response via email and appreciated their efforts to try satisfy with the free topper. I feel I should also point out, the quality of the mattress looks very good - nice out materials, strong stitching and overall a good quality feel. Sadly th

I took took up the offer of the free topper and my partner did find the mattress was better to sleep on. I on the other hand did not but thought I would stick it out longer since it was good for her and so perhaps I may grow to like it also. After 4 weeks of trialling the topper I gave up, realising there was no getting used to it, so I went to request a return of both the mattress and the topper. What I had not fully understood was the 100 day trial did not get reset with the topper delivery and was only valid from the date of the mattress delivery - since it had now been 103 days from mattress delivery they would not allow me to return it.Hi Neil,

Bad product. Mattress grew mould and they refuse to replace
Super KingWARNING. Although ecosa tells you that the mattress can be used on any type of surface. We used ours less than a year on a box frame in a normal room with windows always open and good ventilation and the bottom of the mattress cover is now covered in mould posing a health risk to my wife and myself. Ecosa refuses to replace the product or at the very least the cover. Its also ruined our bed base now because the mattress clearly doesn't breath well. Think twice before purchasing a mattress from ecosa. We will be throwing this product in the trash and replacing with a reputable supplier that has better customer service and products

Worst thing I ever bought!
Super KingHardest mattress any of my 6 family members have slept on.
ALL of us have so much back pain after 3 weeks of use.
No help from customer service! And not a genuine return policy.

Problem with get rid of old mattress.
Super KingIf customers purchasing a new mattress to replace the one we want to get rid of, Ecosa should take care of it and offer free old mattress removal to all its customers whenever they purchase a new mattress from ecosa stores.
If problem with get rid of old mattress could be solved, I would have changed whole household mattresses to ecosa.

We had high expectations, and we personally prefer soft beds. We changed the arrangement so it’s at medium (the softest option) and my god, the firmness is like equivalent to a FIRM mattress you would try in a bed store. The bed does not seem to have any ability to soften or get pushed down a tiny bit when I lie on it. It is like lying on a plank. And it would take me so long to get to sleep because it’s so firm. You may say we may need the topper, and I agreee maybe it would make things better, but we can’t get a super king sized topper despite the company says they make them!! So overall very very disappointed. The delivery was very fast and I believe it is a well organised sompany, but I think the claim of it being “medium” is very MISLEADING.
