Great company to deal with
Easy ordering and fast delivery of product. Unfortunately it stopped working after a few weeks, but contacted customer service and the return process was easy and a replacement quickly sent to us. Liam was great to deal with and kept me updated the whole process.

Amazing After-Sales Service!!!
I purchased a Dayton BST-1 Pro from Elite Electronics, out of the box it was faulty. I contacted Elite Electronics to let them know that there was an issue and a return was promptly organised.
Once sent back it was thought that it may have burnt out and they needed to send it back to the manufacturer for a proper inspection.
Elite Electronics was awesome, to say the least.

I purchased car speakers and found that they were to small for the recess where they were to be installed. upon an exchange request by email (no phone number published) I asked to return speakers for a change to the next size up, the speakers are still packaged in original packaging and I stated I was willing to pay difference in purchase price and freight cost. Dont trust anyone that has no contact phone number
First and last time buyer . Purchased a cyclops tool box alarm to replace the old one, and straight away after opening the box it’s missing the remotes that should come with it . Jump on google looking for a number only to discover I’m having to deal with an individual behind a computer. So now they want me to explain my inconvenience in a text chat. No worries like I really want to explain the issues over text.. after wasting time texting I’m then told to send an email… WHAT A JOKE

Bluetooth earbuds not working but seller claim they are functioning as per specification
I bought a pair of Havit G1 Pro bluetooth earbuds from the seller in February 2021. According to the user manual, I could connect them to mobile phone to make phone calls. However, when I made various phone calls, parties on the other side of the phone told me they couldn't hear me! When I lodged a complaint to the seller, the answer was they were functioning as per specification and were not exhibiting any fault. This means that the earbuds are designed for other parties on the call NOT to be able to hear me!!!

Amazing After Sales Service From Kara
I purchased a Strike Universal cradle and swivel mount combo after my 3 year old pivot mount cracked and was concerned that the new one I received was not authentic Strike because the replacement didn’t look the same. I emailed Elite Electronics asking if the item was genuine and I received a very pleasant reply advising the product design may have been upgraded recently but assured me the item was genuine Strike. I managed to adapt the mount so it fitted my old cradle so I am a happy chappie. Kara also assured me that the product has a 3 year warranty which made me even happier.. Elite Electronics come highly recommend.

Double A+ customer service. Very competitive pricing.
For us there are two integral elements of a retail experience which we weight differently to each other. Those elements being customer service- 65% or more, price- 35% or less. Customer service trumps lowest price everytime, for us it's the primary consideration, we apply more bias to it over price.

Car scanner was faulty and it took me two months to get a refund
We bought a car diagnostic scanner which was faulty and wouldn’t work out of the box. Elite Electronics refused to acknowledge that the scanner was faulty and refused to refund using all the excuses under the sun. Luckily I paid for the scanner using PayPal and I got my refund two months later when the PayPal stepped in. Don’t buy from this company! You will never get support or help from them if there are any problems.

Don't even get me started on how quick it was delivered! This item made me excited just looking at it virtually online but when I received my package and had it installed i will only say this.... BEST BUY EVER!! If you ask me, the price this sells for should be increased! So dam good! Happy customer!!

Needed it quickly and got it the next day
I purchased 2 x SPH10 SENA headsets. Needed them quickly but wanted a fair price. Got both and am very impressed with their customer service. They kept me informed throughout on progress of the order. Although standard postage was offered free I paid extra for express postage but they registered the delivery. I’d definitely use this company again.

As stated in title. When product failed Elite Electronics were great at resolving the issue. Good communication and professional. Recommend.
Great fast service
I had incorrectly wired in a power supply to my Garmin XT Zumo, and after emailing Elite Electronics they put me in direct contact with the manufacturer. I had a replacement exchange unit for a small cost in 2 weeks. Liam at Elite's checked on progress for support. Great outcome.

Shonky to deal with, falsely advertised and shipping is not guaranteed!
Copper cable had no copper at all!! Completely silver! They don't believe in returns or guaranteeing your purchase. Took weeks to arrive as it was lost in the mail and was told they don't guarantee delivery and that's not their issue...cable was useless. Lost $50 and had to put it in the rubbish and purchase elsewhere. Be warned!
Not satisfied at all.
They use manipulate ways to advertise. I have bought a headset, their ad said compatible with PS4, when arrave it wasn't compatible, email them but in vain.
Real customer service.
Mary was patient with my many questions and very responsive. Once ordered the product was shipped within 24 hours and arrived the day after. Can't ask for more than that!

Lost $199.85 on a scanner that never arrived, Don't make the mistake with trusting Elite Electronics!!!
They failed to adhere to their Shipping Terms and Conditions and in the process lost my parcel. They are now unwilling to provide a refund for the item I paid $199.85 for but never received and blaming it on my letter box because supposedly it was left there (with out my authority and against their own advertised shipping terms and conditions which requires a signature on arrival). Unsupported modules on icarsoft products and dealer will make excuses to refuse refund. Connects to car but does not allow module advertised on web to display.Told i had a change of mind but product clearly wont do what adversited to do.

Beware if you have to make a warranty claim
I was of two minds about posting this review because Mary from EE has been polite and communicative through this process. However, I think it's important for other people considering purchasing Onyx products from EE to be aware that they are not authorised to perform any repairs on Onyx products, therefore, if there is a fault on your item (as was evident with mine), the item has to be shipped overseas for repair. EE will NOT offer a replacement or a refund and you will be left with only one option - being without your device for weeks (possibl...

I have now been without my Onyx Ebook Reader for well over a month, and I'm still awaiting an update on when my item will be repaired and returned, beyond a vague response of "a few weeks". As I can see that EE customer service usually posts timelines for its actioning of customer service on this site, I'll pre-empt with the detailed timeline below: 18 August 2020 - Purchased item from EE 19 August 2020 - Item dispatched by EE. Received safely and in good condition. 7 Jan 2021 - Battery starts draining quickly on device. Contact EE via email about the issue. 22 Jan 2021 - Receive response from Mary apologising for delay. Advises I should send device in (at my cost) for assessment 11 Feb 2021 - Track item and realise package has been waiting at EE PO Box for over a week. Email Mary to find out what's happened. Mary gets back to me and says the package will be picked up. 16 Feb 2021 - Contact Mary for an update after hearing nothing- 2 reviews
