We ordered a Camry or similar and got a Holden astra On picking it up was told that an Astra was the same size as a Camry but working at a major new car dealer selling Holdens and Toyota I knew this was not the case. Ross Fogarty

The pick up experience was great. The car drove well. What didn't impress me was getting an additional $30 in charges afterwards for a few toll charges and a LOT of admin fee.

I was highly impressed with Enterprise in Cairns, I got a no-cost upgrade to the car size at the airport which was a good start. On returning the car to the airport I was told by the attendant there that, as I wasn’t flying anywhere, I could just drop it at the office in town instead. This was really useful and saved a taxi. When we got to the office in Cairns itself we were asked what our plans were again. When we told them we were going to the docks we were immediately offered, and accepted, a lift down there in the same hire car. Everyone was highly friendly and professional and I would almost certainly choose Enteprise the next time I need to hire a car. There were absolutely no quibbles about damage either.

Customer service was excellent. Payment most satisfactory. The vehicle was as ordered and exceeded what I expected with great features. We drove grandchildren to the west coast of Tasmania with the vehicle handling the winding road so well.

I love this company. The staff are what make it amazing. Always so friendly and helpful and attentive to your needs. Nice little things like remembering your name and going out of their way to make picking up and dropping off a rental car a seamless experience.

We received excellent attention, promptly and were pleasantly rurprised when our original choice - a small car - was upgraded at no extra cost, to a wonderful awd larger SUV. It suited our purposes excellently. We'd had some concerns regarding inadvertent toll charges incurred but were put at our ease when we enquired.

Car was fine but having to wait so long for a bond return is absolutely ridiculous, wouldn't bother me so much if it were only a couple hundred but to have to wait weeks to get $1000 back is unacceptable. No one answers the phone either.

Not communicate proper with customer and wrong charges on invoice after left our credit card details. Charge me wrong fuel invoice once call them they said manager not available at this time call you back.

Our check in was easy and without complications.
Our vehicle was as ordered, with low kilometres, and in clean condition.
We had no problems throughout our hire period.
The return was easy and fast.

we had an Outlander for our holiday around Tasmania. It was fairly new and performed beautifully. As i had never driven the car before i had trouble working out how to work many of the features on this new vehicle. A manual would have saved a bit of frustration!

Rented a car for 3 days from Avalon. The ordering and picking up the vehicle was very easy and quick. Was given a larger vehicle than expected (this was good) and suited our needs very well. Easily the best price for our need.

Customer service was great. I rented the vehicle to replace my own during repairs. The whole transaction was smooth from booking to return. I would happily recommend to family and friends.

I booked a small SUV, 5 seat Mitsubishi, on arrival this was not available so they gave me a new Mitsubishi Pajero (8000km on the dial) at no extra cost.

Thank you for supplying a clean and tidy car promptly, efficiently, and with a very friendly manner. And the added surprise of an upgrade was really appreciated for our few days touring from Rockhampton.

Was good just to get off the plane & go straight to the desk to pick up keys. We used the car for 6 days & only used half a tank of petrol. Great service

Returned car 1day earlier (8.3.), lady at Perth office confirmed, they will refund money back to my credit card. Wrote 2 email, tried to solve it in Launceston personally. No one cared. It’s 1st of April and I still don’t answer neither money.
