Arrived late evening, was upgraded from small SUV to Full size Pajero at no extra charge. Diesel fuel very economical. Smoorh handover on return to the airport 4 days late. My first rental with Enterprise but would recommend.

We booked our hire car on line and as it turn out our hire was to start from Mascot, not at the airport where we landed. The very helpful desk attendant arranged without further cost for our car to be delivered to the airport within a few minutes. Likewise when we went to return the car to Mascot staff arranged for us to deliver the car to the airport - this made life much easier for us and saved us the time and expense of a taxi. The Enterprise service was exceptional and I would highly recommend them.

A Lawn Mower!

Customer service was prompt on pick-up, however the car provided was exceptionally small and low powered compared to small cars provided by other companies. In fact on the highway you felt un-safe by this and the vehicles lack of features (i.e. i needed to use maps on my phone and there is no way of doing this in a safe way in teh vehicle provided). In additon after the toll fee's there was no difference in price to others. Un-happy!

All went well. Booked on-line a fair way out from the date of our trip. Was kept informed with emails through the time till we picked up the car. Got upgraded to a larger vehicle when I went collect the car. Process of booking, collection and drop-off was all very easy with great customer service.

I reserved the car I wanted prior to getting to the airport, after a long flight I went to the counter and the first thing they said is that I would have to get the insurance, I explained that the insurance was covered both through my home and credit card insurance so I did not want it, she told me I would have to get their insurance and get reimbursed when I got home which was not the case, and then I asked about the promotion going on to "double upgrade" she said she had already upgraded me for additional costs, when asked about promotion she said that was the cost that had to charged. I ended up paying more for the 4 day rental then my last 10 day rental due to the additional unnecessary and not wanted additional up sales and fees.

GPS did not work, there were hidden costs and more than expected.
Moved by business from Avis regret that now
Staff in were Melbourne rude.

Booking was made on line and arriving at airport to pick up car we were a bit apprehensive. The staff member was very polite and helpful. Great experience. We were very happy with the car we got. It enabled us to travel freely between our children and friends homes whilst holidaying. Very cheap to run.

Great Rates Compared to the Competition

Service and rental was great. I had to deduct 1 star due to an unmanned Service desk inside the terminal at Perth Airport, and the actual office was not easy to find or accessible from the international terminal.
I saw them lose a customer at the international counter and it was not until I called them 1 hour later when someone picked up and told me exactly where to go. This is probably the only problem coming from Enterprise from Perth airport.

Staff was incompetent. Refused my drivers license because it has no expiration date. Made me sign for a car that wasn’t there. Car was dirty. Handover and return of the car was not professionell, invoice is incorrect, complaints are ignored. Never again!

Cheap but for a reason

On arrival, the team was very busy but friendly, and it took a while for the vehicle to come around.
We were asked to go back in and wait in the terminal for 20 minutes while the car was getting ready.
The car we received has dirty tissues under the passenger seat & smelled of cigarettes. We mentioned this when returning the vehicle & they apologised, offering a future discount. (A piece of paper stapled to our invoice). For us it was the cheapest hire available through a 3rd party website, but was for a reason.

We did get an upgrade on the vehicle however, which was great.

The staff were great, it was just disorganised and inefficient.

The price was competitive & the vehicle we were given was great, but it was a debacle getting the vehicle. We booked a month in advance and yet they didn’t seem to have a vehicle ready for us and took ages to find one. We waited at least 45mins before we finally got our vehicle. This seemed to be an issue for other customers in the time we were there as well. Not great considering we had two tired young kids in tow after a flight from NZ. Wouldn’t use them again because of this.
