Have been working with Ernst Body Corporate Management for a number of years and have always found Darran and Stephanie to be the most helpful and respectful managers, in particular, when dealing with all the varied personalities that come with body corporate committees. Also having involvement with two other body corporate management companies, Ernst is the clear winner for us.

We had a stressful time when we didnt receive our notice nor our first reminder. Once I rang Natasha she acted quickly and saved our Xmas. Pleasant, Polite and understanding.

I would recommend Ernest Body Corporate Management as all the staff are very friendly, and Rikki is always available to answer your questions you have regarding your complex. I find Rikki & Ros very approachable and has a very friendly nature and they always reply promptly to our emails and are very helpful with any questions we may have and can handle any owners questions which is a big plus for our committee

I would not have been confident enough to take on being the treasurer of our committee without the reassurance of knowing that Rikki was so switched on and up to date with the complicated procedures and laws governing body corporates. In addition to knowing so much, nothing is too much trouble for her. She is always available and eager to help and has the best interests of the committee in mind with everything she takes on. Every time I have contacted Ernst, the receptionist, the accounts team and the assistants have always been informed, helpful and cheery and Rikki will take whatever time I need to answer my questions. Able to resolve issues quickly .The body corporate accounts are sent out on time to all lot owners . Always willing to find the best trade persons for jobs around the apartment block. Also obtaining a number quotes for large jobs when needed on time.

As an agent I am forever ordering BC Disclosures. You generally get a high expense, slow turn around and rude service. Natasha was incredibly efficient, provided high service with lightning fast turn around.
