Efficient, knowledgeable, great problem solver and goes to whatever length she can to ensure the situation is resolved or explains how the system works. Her customer service skills exceed far and beyond what is required. Always returns my calls in a timely fashion. A true asset to any organisation.

The accounts payable system works very well. Sending through an invoice as an attachment to an email is very easy, as is the approval process, also be email. Bills are paid promptly, to my knowledge, as it is rare for me to receive a query from a contractor or supplier as to when a payment will be received. It's very much a set and forget process that works very smoothly so Natalie is obviously working efficiently behind the scenes, which as an on site manager I appreciate very much.
