We were quoted $350 to replace a dripping tap as it had "seized up". After letting their plumber leave we replaced the washer which had simply broken up and was making the tap difficult to turn. Over-servicing (or lack of professional skill applied to the initial investigation) at its worst.

did a good job and were very polite and were able to get on with their job when i was breastfeeding my newborn on the lounge. I didnt even need to get up and they even got towels out and cleaned up after themselves.
