Ever Solar have been chasing up for 18 months replacement of panels and inverter not working. Today I called and the overseas person laughed at me when I said I had the system installed 6 years ago. He said oh were not ever solar anymore were Ever Power Solar now so your guarentee is not eligible. Dodgy company and untrustworthy. Just because you change your name shouldn't mean you can avoid warranty on system.

Got a quote, got THE LOAN - and now when I chase for installation I get an email - with no response - to contact another company because Ever Solar, "the best in Australia" has closed its doors.......over night?

12 months down the track and the guys from Eversolar are still bending over backwards with fantastic customer service.
Would not hesitate to highly recommend this company to anybody.

Lots of promises. Signed up. None fulfilled. Bitterly disappointed.
Sadly, we thought we had done our research and picked a quality group but apparently they are all prone to abrupt closures.

This has been a very easy process and we have had help and advice every step of the way. There was no pressure from any sales agents and the staff have been wonderful.

The panel installers were fantastic signed up and the solar put in, in a week. Suzie at Eversolar so helpful. Whenever I needed help she was fantastic as well as any of the staff when you needed to speak to anyone.

The installation was quick and completed on time, the workers were polite and friendly and super helpful and explained everything to me in a way that this oldie could and did understand . I have had one slight hiccup and they let me know before i even knew about it and it was to do with the internet really not them SO ALL DONE AND SAID THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY THAT CARES AND STANDS BY THEIR CUSTOMERS

Was advised that the Fonius had disconnected from the wifi. Was advised by email and was given excellent instructions on how to reconnect which we were able to do. I asked your staff member to verify that the Fonious was now online which she was able to confirm

Great experience from start to finish. Resh was a wealth of knowledge and explained everything do that l full understood what l was getting and gave me options. Installers kept me up to date with the process and any changes they needed to make making sure l was completely happy. The whole process was a breeze, from the quote, to setting up the install. The installers were on time, no fuss and cleaned up after themselves. After install - was excellent

Once payment had been made the installation process was quick and efficient. Eversolar organised a follow up appointment to set us with the app which we couldn't do due medical reasons and they where happy to wait to for us till we were ready. Dave came out and again was accommodating and flexible with appointment times. Yet to see the bills come in but also realise that it is has been overcast the last couple of weeks.
