Fantastic quality in the really blonde shades now I have tried both colours Golden goddess and Summer glow and they were both gorgeous. They are a lot to choose from and the customer service is fantastic.

Over a week after I had placed my order I contacted the company to see if it had been sent as the only thing I had heard was a confirmation of my order. They said it had been delivered 2 days after I ordered it. Unfortunately contacting Australia Post wasn't any help as the parcel didn't require a signature.
The order was $319.95 and I will not see a cent of that as a refund.
I understand that lost or stolen items are not the fault of the company and similarly might not be the fault of aus post but to not require a signature for a parcel of that value is unacceptable.

The colours are gorgeous and they have a great selection.
I was worried it might be brassy but it is a beautiful cool caramel exactly what I was after.

Ordered the silver but recieved the blonde mix so had to return to get the right colour and would of recieved postage refund but misplaced my recipt.

My hair is long and beautiful and the salon staff are helpful with a good understanding and professional approach. Thick shiny hair is very flattering and makes a vast improvement to my face.

Beautiful hair and range of colours. The prices are great and the custom made service is a great option if you want something unique. The turnaround time is very reasonable.

The range of hair is great and quality very good, only wish they would have longer lengths available like 30" it would be expected.

Similar to others before me my first early 2017 purchase was beautiful pure hair. My second May 2018 purchase left me with matted and shedding hair. The total cost of my hair was $1,007. They ignored all attempts to remedy and or resolve the issue.

I have lodged a complaint with the Office of Fair Trading and they offered a discount on a future purchase. If they cannot offer a refund or replacement pursuant to their prima facie ‘false’ advertising I will have no other option other than to pursue a claim via QCAT.

Same problem purchased 1st set the hair was fantastic. Second set after 1st was with chemical free shampoo and conditioner. I had FRIZZ dry course hair. I’m currently processing a claim they PayPal. But now cannot get anyone to supply a shipping address to send goods back. They won’t reply emails or messages in any 3 different contact names and trading under different names.
It’s rude. It’s not very customer focused. Do not recommend.

Beautiful hair and a very large range of colours. I like the way they stand by their beautiful product quality by even allowing you to wash a section of the hair before using it. This gave me great reassurance as after I washed conditioned dried and straightened it, it was soft and silky. Its been lovely and smooth ever since so am very pleased.

Exclusive hair extentions DON'T BUY!! I had dreadlocks after one wash. Customer service asked to have the hair extentions returned promising me my money back for NINE MONTHS. I did return the hair, they asked for my tracking number, once I gave it to them they ran out of excuses not to give me a new batch of hair or my money back. They are no longer returning my calls, nothing. I want to take it further but I don’t know how to unfortunately. $350 down the drain and $200 to put the hair in.
