Be Careful.
Ordered a bunch of stuff off their website as they were local and had a quite good range, so I put up with the slightly higher prices, thinking it would be a quick turn around due to me moving. Just received an e-mail that my order has been shipped - 2 weeks later! - Be wary of items that say "usually in stock" - they are probably not, hence my late delivery as I didn't notice that they wait for your complete order before shipping it, and you will receive no warning at checkout. Communication improved once my order was shipped.
Range of products, though many not in stock.
Poor communication, poor shipping speed and above average prices.

Bad customer service Very slow shipping
Bad customer service, Very slow shipping, They take your money quickly but do not send items till you hassle them several times. Slow to respond to customer via emails. As they do not actually have a store, it must be a business run from home. Good range of stock but the slackness on their behalf is making me search for another place to buy equiptment.

Good range of products; Shocking customer service
Ordered three products for Christmas early December expecting delivery in line with their stated policy of 2-7 business days. It is now 10 January and 2 of the 3 items arrived December 28 and I still have not been told where the 3rd is, why the delay, when it will be resolved, etc. I have literally not heard a thing despite multiple emails and other requests for information.
Wide product range
Abysmal customer service and communication, fail to meet stated policies.

One of the best product ranges, slow delivery, crap web site tracking facilities.
I went with Extac for a knife purchase as other blade suppliers would not return emails and were pretty rude. I have made a few purchases from Extac within the last few months. Range is fairly extensive and finding items on the web store is good. 3-10 business days delivery time is not accurate. Stocked items are shipped from the Gold Coast (QLD) I believe. Good product range, great web site for finding products - Reasonable product images. Status in 'My Account' via web site is inaccurate, 3-10 business days delivery time - I wish.

Poor customer service
I was charged for the product, then heard nothing. I followed them up with an email, which took them 24 hours to get back to me.
In that email, I was told that the product had shipped, but I wasn't given the tracking number.
I waited for a few days, heard nothing, so contacted them again, which resulted in me getting my tracking number. Turns out, they had lied about the original shipping date and in fact it was shipped only when I asked them a second time.

Ordered a few items off their website and was very happy with the service. prices are fair and my order was delivered within a couple of days. Recommended.
