When switch on the wall is in the ON position machine is making a noise like it's trying to drain water. Power is not ON on the machine itself.
The machine turns ON like normal with the SOUND still going.
When I start a cycle it drains water as it's filling up.
Is this a major fix?

We have connected a hose which we bought from Bunnings onto the washing machine hose so we can water our plants, why waste any water. The hose addition is about 10 mts long, works great no problems with our washing machine, plants love it, machine is 6 yrs old.

Have a watersmart f&p 10 kg wash top load WA 1068 G1, 5:5 years old, and it gets to rinse and spin and it bangs and clatters and shakes. Keeps going beep with a message of some sort .
Re arrange the load and sometimes it’s ok other times it just keeps doing the same thing. Read it may be stabiliser rods.

Our washing machine has sprayed water from the top rear of the machine.
I’m not sure from which part of the cycle it occurred.
I was washing a load of towels on a warm/hot cycle.
It appears the water was coming from the rear of the machine from where there is like a small flap cover just above the drain hose. When facing the machine, it’s the top right hand side. Has anyone else had this problem?

On pressing start it fills with water but then when it goes into the wash cycle you can hear a knock as the agitator goes backwards and forwards but not travel the full motion..

Empties and spins

Washing machine fills up right to the top what ever you select. The selector function correctly when selecting the amount of load but still fills to the top.

I have one of these machines (approx 5 years old) has worked fine until today it stopped mid cycle and now won’t do anything at all, can’t get it to turn on or anything. I have tested the power supply from the socket using a multimeter and the connector to the controller, they both have 240V. Could it be a failed controller?
