Trixie II
Online StoreA really disappointing experience. I bought the Trixie II during the latest sale period. I have worn a pair of the original Trixie shoes for several years and they were fabulous. I bought the same size in the Trixie II which was advised by the sales representative. The re-deisgn of the shoe is inferior to the original. My foot slips up and the elastic roping is completely useless to secure the foot compared to actual laces. After contacting the store and explaining the issue, I was told that absolutely nothing could be done to help me beacaue it was a final sale item. I now have a pair of shoes i cant wear or return. I have loved Frankie 4 for many years, but I will not be buying again.
No longer a Frankie fan
Online StoreHugely disappointed with the latest pair of Frankie’s I’ve purchased . Quality has seriously deteriorated and I speak from experience Having purchased many Frankie’s over the years, my latest 9 months ago . This pair the Soles are coming apart, literally separating some from the shoe . Shoes have not had a lot of wear, tops are still like new .
Paid $274.00 for Nat 11 in white, January 2023.
I Rang customer care, there is no warranty past 6 months, so this is very disappointing and I’m extremely dissatisfied .
$274.00 is a lot of money to spend on shoes and there should be 2-3 yrs wear with this pair as per all my previous Frankie’s .
Great comfort shoes but this will be my last pair Im buying, sadly I’m done with Frankie .
Bad shoes even worse customer service
Online StoreBought a pair of flats for work online as recommended for back pain. The size I got was half a size bigger than I normally am and when they arrived I tried them on only for them to be way too small and extremely uncomfortable. I contacted customer service asking for an exchange/refund/return to which they responded they cannot help me further as ‘they were on sale’. I now have a pair of shoes I paid a huge amount for ‘on sale’ that I cannot wear. Avoid this company, their practices contradict consumer rights for them to not offer a return/exchange for an item because it was ‘on sale’ which just proves how dodgy this company is.

I'm not happy with the quality
Online StoreI bought a flat around March, my initial intention is for daily wear. However, I wore it less than 10 times, the sole displayed sign of poor glue/ attachment to the shoe, it was a little separated at the top toe. I stop wearing it and email a complain. They replied saying it was because of my "walking pattern" caused the wear. Seriously I have shoes that last for years. The reason I paid ~$250 for that shoes is that they advertised its durability, comfortable, etc.. apparently to me, they're not. After the complain they offer 20% off next purch

Online StoreHannah 2 shoes worsened my fasciitis and I have reached out to the company. IT's probably one of the worse shoes I have ever worn. While a return or exchange may not be possible, I was keen to leave my honest opinion for others. This was with the intention of having my experience known that it may guide others.

She bought a pair in store and thought they were so comfortable that she bought another pair online. Unfortunately by 3 months, she was looking to repair the soles as the grip had completely worn away and they were unwearable especially in wet weather. Online StoreI bought a pair of Billie sneakers with the zip in my usual size a few weeks ago and unfortunately I’ve never had such bad blisters on my heels. The shoes completely destroy any bandaids I try and use to break them in. I’ve never experienced anything like it, and what a shame considering their price tag. They are completely unwearable. Hurt my Ankles
FRANKiE4I’m really disappointed with the Nat shoe they really hurt my ankles and I’ve tried wearing them in and persevering but they are still really hard around my ankle. So sad after spending so much money on them and after hearing they’re the best shoes to now not being able to wear them

Poor Quality
Physical StoreNormally I am a fan of Frankie4 shoes, owning multiple pairs. However, I bought a pair of Shelly 11 slides for summer in December and pretty quickly they appeared to be of poor quality. The pink tone of the leather peeled away and also the straps have fallen apart. I have bought cheaper shoes that have been better quality than these shoes. Very disappointing considering the price!! I expected them to be more durable than 4 months of wear!

Not good quality for a $250 shoe
Online StoreI really wanted to like these as they are nice looking shoes and I was recommended them however after using them once a week for less than a year they are already falling apart. Not to mention the fact that they are almost impossible to lace up due to the sewn down tongue and the laces are too short the tie a bow. I have a high arch and they didn’t offer much support at all. The “non slip” sole is extremely slippery and by the end of my shift my feet are aching. I just don’t feel they were worth the money.

FRANKiE4I bought a pair of size 6 Dimity Frankie 4 as they felt comfortable in the shop. However, when I inserted the full innersole, the shoe was then too small. As the return time had elapsed I bought the size 37 which fitted well with the full innersole. However, after only one wear, the skin on both heels has been rubbed raw and are bleeding. The shoe is a mesh fabric, but not the back which is a hard leather. Consequently, I have wasted over $350 on the Dimity shoes. I will never purchase Frankie 4 shoes again.

Being that the shoes are brand-new and Dimity features a leather heel 'tab', although we've not found this style/area to require much wearing in, we would still suggest that it may be worthwhile wearing the shoes around the house a few times, before wearing them out and about. This will allow the leather lining of the shoes to soften, and the thermoplastic heel counter will be able to shape to your individual ankles creating a more personal fit. Another factor that may be contributing to blistering or rubbing at the heel, could be the overall fit of the shoes. If there is too much movement or too much pressure in the shoes, this can result in some friction between your skin and the leather. We'd love to hear from you so that we can help to identify the cause of your concerns, and rectify this for you. Worst customer service
Physical StoreFrankie4 post purchase customer service is the worst I have encountered.
My first experience was with purchasing a navy pair of sneakers which faded immediately to a dusty colour. These had hardly been worn. When I contacted Frankie4 a voucher was sent to return the goods free of charge. However, on return of the product I found that they had just used navy shoe polish on them which of course faded off almost immediately. For a pair of shoes that cost $240 this is pretty lame.

Online StoreI’m always a 10 with room, this shoe was very small- when I said to the company they should put in their description that the shoe runs small they tried to blame my larger foot. They take a long time to ship it (not postage time), the time just to get it out the door and I’m still waiting for them to post my return some 5 days later, it hasn’t left their stir yet.
