Love my shoes for everyday use at work. But mostly so impressed with the friendly and helpful staff, particularly online, Lilya B made my questions and requests feel like it was no trouble at all and easily achieved what I was after. So nice having such a responsive and capable team online at 7.30pm!

I bought a pair of navy NAT II, I have a pair in white and I quite like them but I don’t wear them for long periods of time. After reading reviews, I bought a pair for work (I’m a nurse)
I’ve persevered for 6 months because of 1. The rave reviews 2. The cost!
Over my 20+ year nursing career, I’ve worn a variety of shoes - crocs, ASICS, Nike, Skechers. None have been as uncomfortable as FRANKiE4’s!
I’ve returned to wearing ASICS, after being diagnosed with severe plantar fasciitis. I’ve never had an issue with my feet or shoes in all these year...

I usually buy my Frankie4s from a local shoe store but was amazed at the choice offered on line. I did have to return my shoes as the sizes differ slightly with different styles. However the whole experience of returning was very easy and I now have some great shoes. I also liked the fact that the postage bags are compostable.

I love shopping at Frankie4. The service is always above and beyond and the shoes are to die for- in style and comfort!

Service in the Mosman store was lovely today. Holly in particular was very patient while helping me to try several styles looking for a fit for my unusual feet. While I was unable to find a good fit for myself, the range seemed pretty good for anyone with less weird feet.

Brilliant service on giving a store credit on some well loved Frankie4 that had a broken strap. No questions asked, quick and easy. Uploaded photos and they arranged store credit within minutes

They take a long time to ship it (not postage time), the time just to get it out the door and I’m still waiting for them to post my return some 5 days later, it hasn’t left their stir yet.

The shoes I purchased were received quickly, and although expensive they are SO worth it. They are so so comfortable, and I am on my feet all day every day. About 3 months in I had a problem arise, I contacted the team and it was handled promptly, efficiently and with a kind tone. Thanks! I do recommend

Hi I’ve just worn for the 1st time my newly purchased Shauna boot. The foot feels fine however when I wore the shoe the top of the boot has dug into the bottom part of my shin on both legs leaving an indentation & pain. I actually had to remove the shoe to be able to drive. I was mostly seated for 2 hrs & was in agony. What can I do, I don’t think I’ll be able to wear them again, which I can’t afford at $329

By trialling the different footbeds you may find that your feet are sitting in a different position within the boots, which may help to alleviate the pressure that you're feeling at the top of the boot. My Frankie shoes arrived today, and felt quite firm and tight, I thought I just needed to wear them in for a day, but still too tight and my feet are sore. Can I go to a boot maker and have them stretched? I have never spent this much money on shoes before and will be so disappointed if I can't wear them. What can I do?
