We went into the store no one acknowledge us! We were in the O'Connor store & we were totally ignored! 3 - 4 people came in AFTER us and because they looked like they had money or they were females shopping like single parents they got served! We managed to be in your store for a good 20 mins and NO ONE even asked if we needed help or even said a word to us! I will NEVER recommend Fridge & Washer City to anyone!! I am so glad you missed out on sales. If you call that customer service you don't deserve anyone in your store. You lost $$$$$

I have been dealing with Fridge and Washer City O'Connor for many years and refuse to go anywhere else. I just recently bought a fridge and unlike larger stores, I was able to have my fridge delivered that day and Colin was very helpful. When I require filters for my fridge or general advice on why my washer isnt working I know I can contact them. I would highly recommend them for anyone who wants good quality service.

My fridge died last week so I couldnt waste any time on getting a new one. I didnt have a lot of time to shop around but in the end I kept coming back to Fridge and Washer City. They were the best price wise 13 years ago when I bought my last fridge too. I went through the O'Connor office and they delivered the fridge the next day as promised and took away my old fridge as well which was such a bonus. Will use again and recommend. The only thing that could have improved my experience is the driver did not take away the foam packaging around the fridge when he left.
