We have had this AC installed in our bedroom for over 2 years now. On cold morningss, outside temperature maybe 5 or 6 degrees it won't heat very well. The warmest we can get our room is about 16. In summer it is flat out getting the room cool. I don't know if it's the new coolant R32 but we are very disappointed with the overall performance. We have even considered scrapping it for another brand. We had a panasonic in western Sydney for 20 years that performed fine in all weather conditions.
I would definately not recomend this AC to anyone.
Maybe we just ended up with a lemon, but not happy.

Purchased 5 of these when they were on cashback promotion. Have been working well since purchase, and do a great job. The cashback process was also simple and though delayed, but got there eventually. Great product, decent price, especially after the cashback promo. Would definitely recommend it to other people.

We installed it in our daughters bedroom and she has it on every morning before getting out of bed on these very chilly mornings in Melbourne. She loves it not only for the heating cycle but also for cooling in Summer when she had it going during the hot nights. Its quiet too so wont keep you awake. Easy to use. Its been a fantastic buy.

Initially bought the 5kW model but with guidance from installers realised we only required the 3.5kW model for our 40m2 lounge/kitchen and we couldn't be happier. We have had it over both winter and summer and it is perfect for both our heating and cooling needs and runs quietly. The installation process was smooth and easy and the product is simple to use. We went from an electric wall mounted heater (which our little ones could potentially burn themselves on) and no air conditioning to the ideal heating/cooling unit. Highly recommended.

We've now gone through a winter and a summer with our Fujitsu. It has worked reliably to both warm and cool our large master bedroom. The dehumidifier function is useful in creating a perception of a more comfortable environment and for many nights over the last few months it is all we have needed. The remote control is quite adequate but I would like to have a mobile phone app access to turn it on or off or keep a record of usage. We are in the 21st century so all units should have these features.

Why did we wait twenty years? The bedroom is hot in summer and cold in winter. After experiencing our hottest summer ever we had our air conditioner installed. It is quiet to run so doesn't interfere with our sleep, cools the room quickly and the controls are easy to use. The installation was a breeze as well. We are very happy with our new air conditioner and no longer fear winter either.

This unit is just perfect, very quiet and easy to use it cool down the room very quickly. The installation was very quickly too, only 3 hours and we leave in a two floor house. I totally recommend this product. It is working really well and I have no bad comments at all!

Efficient and super quiet. Gets to temp quickly and senses when you're not in the room to save power. It is perfect for a small room where running the full ducted system doesn't warrant being turned on. Easy to use and cheap to install. It lets us use our theatre room again!

We installed this unit in our bedroom which is a large room and it works beautifully. It heats and cools almost instantly and can be boosted with power mode or the fan speed can be lowered to quiet for sleeping. Remote control is a definite plus. The unit was installed by a professional and I was a little concerned that he was surprised that the unit uses R32 refrigerant which is a flammable gas. I can't fault it and so happy we chose this air conditioner.

very happy warms the space perfectly and is not noisey, easy to install and controls are very easy to use. I would recommend them to everyone, price with rebate was a bonus.If you are after a great cooler and heater this is the unit for you. I would buy them again .

Unit cools and heats effortlessly and nearly silently, it's very quiet in operation, uses only a whisper of power, the installation process was simple and easy, it looks very stylish and would blend into either a modern or classic residence. Remote control is intuitive and easy to use. I wouldn't hesitate to install another Fujitsu a/c.

We had this model installed in our bedroom on 25 May 2015. In heat mode the unit is noisy when it reaches the set temp and cuts off. We arranged a service call and were told (politely) it would cost a $133 call out fee if it wasn't a unit fault. The instruction/trouble shooting brochure states that some noise is normal.
After reading this we cancelled the service call for fear of being hit the $133.00.
We tried it in cool mode and there was no noise at all on reaching the desired/cut off temp.
We have another Fujitsu unit to service the living area of our home. This does not have a noise problem at all.
The new unit will now be used only to preheat the room as we would find it annoying when cutting in & out in sleep mode.
