its a fantastic machine
its so quiet and quick to cool the whole house, haven't used it for heat yet but will when winter comes,
it is so easy to use also
would recommend it to others,
they installed it in no time at all and was very clean and tidy as they went along with there job

Fujitsu Parts
My daughter lives in Far North Queensland. Her airconditioner (not certain of Model) that services two offices in her business has been out of action for around a month. The reason is that the printed circuit board that is faulty has to come from Japan. With Christmas almost here it will be another two weeks at least before it is working again. Very poor service especially bearing in mind the temperature and humidity that is the norm in that area.

Fujitsu Australias' Most Hated Air!
We bought an AUT30 from our local Retravision store at least 5 years ago now so it's now out of warranty. Out of these years it's only worked for about two. Originally it blew up a few months after installation and when I called Fujitsu they tried to blame the power supply in our suburb!? I said you must have a pretty bad circuit design if nothing else in my house has ever blown up due to the power supply in our suburb!

!!) sends out a so called technician. So called because I had to show him how to open the outside unit' cabinet!?! He writes down the board number and closes it up and is about to leave and I say what about the inside unit? I mean there's actually a burn mark on it where smoke came out!? Reluctantly he comes inside and checks it out. As he's leaving he says it'll be about two weeks for parts to arrive because they have to come from the east!? I said it doesn't take two weeks for parts to come from the east, I bet you haven't got any in Australia!? Australias' Favourite Air has no parts in the country! To cut a long story short, we basically got this guy showing up every two or three weeks with the wrong part!? Every time he says "oh this is embarrasing I've got the wrong part" and remember he's actually taken the damaged part away so has something to compare it with but, never does before driving up here and wasting my time!?!?!?! In 5 years this junk has only worked for two. Oh and then then motor bearings started to make noises and the new service guy brings a new one and guess what!? it's broken before he takes it out of the box!? Yep you guessed it three more weeks wait! Then it turns out it's not the motor but the shock mount in the centre of the fan! Do i need to say it?....three more weeks wait! It's been working for awhile now but the shock mount is stuffed again and the air director flaps have broken. Is there a Lemon clause for Air conditioners?
