outbaxcamping was very helpful in all negotiations with the supply of my gentrax generator, only tried it once and it did all i wanted it to do.the initial setup was very easy. a little heavy for me but that is expected of a 3.5w generator. a really great generator for the price.

only took 3 days to arrive, great on accerage with electric chainsaws, am now ready for the next blackout, more than happy with the power & the 30 kg weight of this product, still portable enough to transport, hooked up 2 fridges, house pump & lights no problem with the 3.5 kva

my generator arrived, filled with oil and fuel three pulls from new and away it went ran ibis3 air con in caravan without a cough, all good, happy camper. the unit is quieter than I imagined, is little heavy but is a 3.5 kw generator,
only thing I wasn't aware of that it didn't come with oil, so I had to make a special trip out to buy the correct oil for start up..

It works exactly as I was hoping it would. Perfect. I was able to power all of my power tools and used the generator a good hour. Whilst it isn't quiet, it's not excessively loud either. It's able to do exactly what I purchased it for which is good enough for me.

Purchased to supply backup power when required at home for fridge and freezer and works great also for use on our frequent camping trips so we are totally self sufficient, I'll be recommending this generator to my friends with similar requirements, delivery speed and service was smooth and stress free.

Add oil, add fuel and go! It is a touch noiser than I expected, however I have no reference point on how it compares to others in this regard, although it certainly is not terrible. For my purposes not really an issue.

Runs well, easy to start and the price was perfect. Very happy thus far although I have only used it for just over 1hr so far.

this genny is powerful enough to run the air con in the caravan and yet light enough to be portable, it is quiet enough not to be annoying around the campsite, with good positioning you can hardly hear it. allows us to go bush camping now and not miss out on the luxceries of the caravan

Have used the gentrax 3.5 kva genny regularly since i received it. Going well so far no problems, have used power tools cement mixer due to building with no power at moment. Early days but would definitely recommend it. Received it in a week even over new year, so service was great. Happy thanks.

Ordered 18 /12/17 received 21/12/17 you couldn't get better service than that [ Sydney- Melbourne ] I just fired it up to day [ not under load though ...04/ 01 /18 ] and it started on the 3rd pull and that appears pretty good considering they say from new it may take about 10/ 15 to get the carby going the first time, ran for about 1 hr no problems.One query the web site shows a cover over the outlets and the Ebay site one doesn't yet I'm assured they are exactly the same, then why not change the web site picture

Great generator, Very quiet alot more quiet than generators i have hurd before! It is a bit on the heavy side but well worth the money.
When i purchased it i was very happy with the postage speed, the estimate time was over night and so it was over night

We purchased and received our product in less than a week and plan on trying it out on our up coming road trip. Even though we have not had a good chance to test it yet we were very pleased with the service and the quality of the product. Starts easy and runs the caravan aircon which is the reason we purchased it.

6//1/18 Update of our review. We have had over the last week, several storms with power outages and am happy to say our new generator did not let us down. Very pleased with the performance and fuel consumption !

Best price on the market.Have run it for two hours testing it for our normal black outs ( South Aus).Ran freezer and a fridge freezer with out any bother.I then added a spare chest freezer in the shed and it fired that up from being turned off.It ran nice and quietly and not too heavy for a seventy odd year old

Good product. From new, started nicely. Well recommended for price . Its rather quiet and easy to carry and lift onto trailer or ute etc. I recommend purchasing a highly kW machine so u max output it all the time. Good product for the price and finish. Give it a go

Still have not used it in the bush. But for the price and some of the other reviews you cannot go wrong. Started the first time no problems.
I have a caravan and needed a larger generator to run my air conditioner when free camping. Reviews say it does it easily.

We bought this generator after we had several two day power outages. We have recently had a few day outages and this generator was perfect. My husband was away so I had to get it going on my own. It is very easy to use and it ran our household water pump for showers and our fridge (separately). We ate very happy with our blue geny!

I bought the Gentrax 3.5w Generator after doing considerable research of many other brands. I use the generator to run a variety of tools that I use in my Cattle business. It hasn't faultered. It's been reliable and simple to use. Not to mention how quiet it is compared with other generators.

I bought the gentrax 3.5 generator so that I could run the air conditioner in my caravan. It handles it with ease, is reasonable quiet, easy to start and runs for about 5 to 6 hours on a tank of fuel.very pleased with it. Delivery was excellent,can't fault.happy to do business with outbaxcamping again

All my friends have this generator, it has got them through many storms where the power has gone out for a while. I know that it’s going to save me too. I’m now looking forward to when my changeover switch is installed and we get a storm. Just want to use it. I’m also a super keen camper. I know this generator will serve me well when I go camping as well.

Brought the generator as an emergency for during power blackouts in South Aussie this summer to run a few creature comforts (TV, Fridge etc), appears to be of sound construction, easy to start (must remember to use the choke) and not too noisy. The generator arrived 2 weeks earlier then expected. Well done Outbax Camping A++.
