Far from perfect
QueenFar from perfect, had a replacement after a 8 month short period, the new one lasted half the time as the first . Total delamentation both sides of the mattress .Contact with seller was told the warranty had lapsed only being one year . The ACCC apparently have them on there radar .
I took the salesman's advice that they were good !! Don't shop there now .
Re faulty mattress, 5 year warranty why was my claim rejected told on one year .
Your reply communication is confusing is it one year or 5 years

Get what you pay for.
QueenBought the Donegal queen. The mattress lacks structure, and won't bounce back to life once you get off it. It a 6/10 medium but way too soft for me. Gave me back pain. Sold it after a 2 weeks. Besides a sore back, it was comfy but the build quality to me indicated it may have issues in the long term. Would probably suit kids.

Be prepared for back pain
QueenThe mattress is of good quality and value for money however I wake everyday with a sore back now. I’m a side sleeper but feel my spine is not aligning due to the mattress. I have a medium firm. I’m not that happy and don’t want to have to buy another and try sell this too.

QueenI purchased the mattress at the end on 2018 I got it on sale for about $600, first thing I notice a week of owning it was the stains, not sure what they are from but I've always use a mattress protecter, for about a year I've started having back problems on it, bed is now hard as a rock on one side and the other side you sink into a gap that gose from the edge to the middle

Definitely not for me
QueenWhilst the mattress looks premium and feels great initially. I found I was waking up with an increasingly sore back. As the weeks went by, I found my back upon waking up to be so sore that I was attending a chiropractor
for fortnightly massages and consultations. I’ve since swapped mattresses and have found all these issues to have gone completely!

So disappointed
QueenAfter buying 2 mattress and a week in I’m so disappointed.
The queen gel top is horrible, to soft, to hot and sinks where your body is. I have to literally heave myself to the centre of the bed and have developed a sore lower back.
The double I bought for my son is worse. He has to sleep in the centre and or risks sliding off as the sides sink down and he risks falling off.

Hot, isn’t a full queen size and come off the bed
QueenThis product is awful. 10cm cooling gel memory foam sounded great but isn’t.
1) If there are 2 of you on it - you sleep in a V-shaped dip. It makes you feel like you’re on a double bed instead of a queen. And you end up very close to your partner.
2) The edges lift off entirely from the sides. This results in the fitted sheet coming off and piling up under your body which is very uncomfortable.
3) It’s really hot. If this is a cooling one - how bad are the rest?
4) It’s not a full queen size. Even when no one has laid on it all day - it doesn’t fit to the edge of the real mattress.

Perfect for spare room
QueenI have this in Kong Single for both my kids. Perfect. Cheap, can buy a new one every 1-5 years if needed. Also have it in Double in spare room. It's great, everyone that stays loves it. Cheap enough to replace too.
I had a Queen for 3 years. I'd say to use daily, and for 18months its perfect.
To have for longer, it starts sagging in middle, or sides, u can feel the pocket springs under the memory foam layer, and it gives u a sore lower back.
But overall for a cheap $250-$500 mattress, you can't go wrong.

QueenBought this Queen Ensemble for the guest bedroom and has rarely been used. Now the mid section of the mattress is higher than the sides like a dome. Since this has been used only for about 10 times in the last two years, it hasn’t maintained its shape.

Read more This could be due to uses on the sides - Although it's seldom used, however when it's used, only two sides were compressed slightly while the centre of the bed receives little to no use so keeps its uncompressed state. Hence, there's a ridge appearing in the middle. For now, you can try to flip and rotate your mattress frequently. By doing so, the mattress will be more uniform and might begin to notice a decrease in the size of ridge. If the issue still persists, our mattress is covered with 15 years warranty which may cover this issue after confirming the details. For instance, sitting on sides putting your shoes on. We recommend you to flip the mattress on other sides on a regular basis. If your bed frame has slats under, we suggest you to check the slats if it's broken or uneven as it may cause slight depression in the middle and result into uneven surface of your mattress. Giselle Bedding Alanya Series 34cm Euro Top Mattress (Bamboo charcoal)
QueenOk mattress for the price.
Payed only $320 odd dollars online for the Queen Giselle Alanya Series 34cm Euro Top Mattress which was very cheap so we didn't really expect anything outstanding for a vacuum packed mattress. Delivery and vacuum packaging was convenient though.
Quality and material of the mattress seems okay so far, handles on the mattress seem quite weak and will rip off quite easily if not careful.
We've owned it nearly a year and it hasn't really sagged badly or anything yet but I'm not sure how long its going to last.
This particular mattess is supposed to be a medium-firm but it feels pretty soft to me.

Very bad experience
QueenBought it from ebay. A bit disappointed as the size is not exactly right, queen size only 200x151cm.
I thought it was because of not enough unpacking time but it was too small for a standard queen size after 1 year resting.
Bed is too soft to sit on the edge. Not firm enough for the called medium firm. Sinks when sleeping.

Says medium, but I feel this is a FIRM mattress. Definitely firm.
The sides do sink when you sit on the edge of the bed, but it’s fine to sleep on.
No major dramas. I have chronic back problems, and I can sleep on this mattress. Not a great deal different from my $1200 Sealy posturepedic, although I won’t expect the same life expectancy.
