My hairdresser, Nat, talked me through the process each step of the way which I appreciated since it was my first time bleaching and colouring my hair professionally. Staff are friendly and welcoming, something that I haven’t found to always be the case at other salons; they make you feel like a human and not like you’re wasting their time! I’ve been back since to purchase products and first thing I was asked was “how’s your hair been” which showed they actually care about you after the service! SalonOnline store is easy to shop with detailed descriptions, actual store in Belconnen is full of helpful staff who give excellent advice. Hairdressers at Belconnen Salon are caring, skilful and knowledgeable, especially Magda. She's very patient, willing to fix hair problems and has really helped me to restore my damaged hair to healthier hair. So happy with the customer service at Hairhouse!!

SalonLiana and her manager have been sooo friendly, knowledgeable and a miracle worker. Had my hair done overseas which turned green toned and had contrasting warm roots and mixed tones all around. I am so glad i did not try fix it myself with a DIY at home. Such a great service. From the root color, toner, blow wave and cut. Definitely exceeded my expectations! Thank you Liana. What other hairdresser… for me this is the one
SalonI am 47, I started going grey in my early 20’s and I have loved in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Cairns and a lot of little towns in between and of course had to utilise a lot of different hair dressers over the years. I’ve tried the high end hair salon experience right through to your basic shopping centre cutting salons and I have to say Hairhouse Warehouse in Mackay is the first salon I have used in my life where I have actually forgotten the thought of using another salon now. I get anxious when I know I’m going away as I feel the attention to detail, genuine care and quality outcomes are never as good as Hairhouse Warehouse Mackay. Thank you team :-) Shellie.

Thank goodness for the piercing service in Albury
SalonI am 61 years old and have wanted a nose piercing for many years. I finally decided to have it done but it turned into a terrible experience in a store in Wodonga. I spoke to the beautiful young girl who does the piercing in Hairhouse Warehouse Albury an arranged an appointment to see if it the stupid mistakes made by the store in Wodonga ( causing me to pass out ) could be fixed. I left so thrilled as the kind lovely young lady not only fixed the problem without any problems but made me feel like a human and I sure didn't have this with my first experience in Wodonga. Thank you so much, you turned my terrible experience into a beautiful experience. I'll sure be coming back.

SalonI go here all the time to get bright hair colours. There always friendly and usually the service is fairly priced. Unfortunately there having some staging issues so might be a bit of a wait for your appointment.
