First Hifu treatment

What to say about my experience at this clinic… Avoid! The worst customer service, this clinic used my images without consent, on multiple occasions.
During a treatment (in which I spent over $2000 before my wedding ) I was offered a discount on a part of my treatment by a therapist. I declined, I definitely didn’t want any discount that required my photos to be used. ... Read moreght (I reached out immediately to say I didn’t consent to this) and a week later- after me directly contacting the owners. I hadn’t signed a waiver and specifically messaged to say didn’t want my images used. They replied, and still used my images anyway. I’m a doctor - which I don’t love to bring up because doctors can be terrible. But what you do learn as a medical practitioner is privacy and confidentially law - which protects patients privacy and rights. I raised with the owner Sabrina that they legally need my consent to use images in any form at all- especially to thousands of followers on instagram. My emails were ignored, my deposits for future appointments were held despite me cancelling treatment ms for 3 weeks. I had to mention legal action before hundreds of dollars of deposits were returned. Worst of all, the manager Sabrina sent me passive aggressive emails about my upcoming wedding. Interestingly, finally after me raising legal concerns about use of my images against my consent, not only my images but multiple other ‘patient stories’ were deleted from their social media. the therapists are lovely, the owners are terrible people. I have since had much more effective treatments for a quarter of the cost of this clinic. Give your money to people who respect patients and understand the services they offer- this clinic is not it.
First HIFU Appointment
My initial appiointment was for the threads special and was recommended to upgrade to the HIFU for an additional $200+ Sol explained the process thoroughly and ensured I was comfortable and well informed before, during and after my treatment. I personally can't notice the results myself, however it's my understanding the best visible results will appear around 6-10 weeks... fingers crossed. I can't give a 5 star as waiting for results still

I had the plasma eyeift with Jaclyn at nth lakes she is a beautiful person and made my treatment very relaxing and comfortable. I highly recommend the rejuv lab they are very professional
Astounding results
Highly recommend, Narelle at Noosaville is a true professional and understands the results I wanted to receive. Great communication and I felt at ease
False advertising. Substandard service. If you complain, they gaslight then block you.
These people spam inboxes and Social media with offers to be a ‘model’ for training purposes.
Their prices are inflated and the services they provide are quick and sub-standard.
They only want to get you in to sell you additional packages worth thousands of dollars.
When you complain, they gaslight you by denying your claims and then block you before you can reply. Disgusting!
I was blocked on Messenger by several salons (as I kept messaging asking for a refund), and their story progressively changed. The last person I messaged offered an appointment with the CEO - THEN BLOCKED me so I could not even set it up!
I will be complaining to governing bodies for false advertising and entrapment. I will be seeking a refund from my bank.
Youthful glow is back
Narelle is very professional and approachable. Her service with the hifu is magic to my skin .My face feels and looks youthful, it is fantastic. The moisturiser, cleanser are a beautiful product . Thank you so much .
