Great work by Jas and Karam cleaning my oven to make it look brand new. They were efficient, arrived on time and did an awesome job.

So happy with the service. Punctual, friendly, fast and thorough. Absolutely astounded at how beautiful my house looks. I'm very sure I'll get my bond back. Very very very happy!!!

Jas and Karam were engaged by the tenant who vacated our property in Brisbane. We happened to be around because we wanted to get the property ready for sale. We are demanding clients in these circumstances but both the cleaners, who we understand are a married couple, knew they had not been contracted by us. Booked for some office cleaning. Never showed up. Called the number I did the original booking with and was transferred to a call center. Call center confirmed our job said she would get a message to the cleaner. No one called never heard anything! Worst service EVER!! Do not use!!

Excellent job done. This is the 3rd time I've used them and each time I've had a good experience. I move every 12 months so I've used them over 3 years and will continue to get them to do my bond cleans. My real estate recommended them initially, I think they work with several real estates so they do know what they are doing.

Terrible contractors, terrible customer service. They blocked my mobile numbers so I couldn't call them anymore.No reply to emails. I Had to pay for the bond cleaning again with a new company.

Booked HappyTradie in early 2016 to clean a rental. Subcontractors arrived and requested cash upfront to clean. I went to an ATM, withdrew the money and paid. Went back to check the house at the end of the day, and next to no cleaning had been done. Called the subcontractor and they advised they would be back the next day to finish the clean. This never occurred, called HappyTradie repeatedly for a refund, which was never given and in the end they switched off their mobile for an extended period. My carpets were heavily soiled and the carpet cleaner made it look brand new . It also smelt amazing . The carpet cleaners were very prompt and kept to the arrival time confirmed the night before . I am very happy with this service .

The clean was fine but I had left a lego set worth 200 dollars wrapped in a blanket in a washing basket. Cleaners were told to leave it as we would be back for it. Arrived to inspect the job and lego pieces strewn all over the stair well, when I called to get my belongings back I was given a terrible excuse that "they had deleted the number and couldn't contact you" - when items were returned there were missing lego pieces AND the blanket and basket that it was in was completely different.

I am still trying to recover the stolen property - useless service.

My real estate recommended these cleaners for my end of lease clean. I had bond clean, carpet clean and pest control done. Everything was done all in one day. I just left keys in letterbox for them to arrive anytime, I was at work. Very easy process.

Do not book this company!! I needed an urgent bond clean and they said they could do it for me so I told them to book it in. I tried ringing and texting them to confirm everything and my calls were either rejected, went to voicemail and never returned. I never heard from them!!

Unprofessional and unreliable. Do not trust them.

Am happy with the bond clean done. I nearly didn't book because I seen the reviews here but the office lady was very lovely and assured me they do thousands of successful bond cleans. the cleaners who did the job were thorough. Agent was happy with the property when I handed my keys in. win win situation.

Happy Tradie is pathetic. It is run by a bunch of imbeciles who are rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. I woke up early and trekked back to my old home in the morning in order to meet the cleaners before 8am. It got to 8:10 and I was a bit concerned. So I called Happy Tradie and the lady on the other end had no clue. She said she would get in contact with the cleaners and call me back. Cleaner came out to clean our ottoman. Was a nice lady and got the stain out, however the clean has left an overall brown tinge. Wanted them to come out again to have a look to see if they can get it whiter. Have email couple of times - no response. Have called them and been told a manager will call us back. Still nothing. Rang the personal number they SMS me on. Say someone will get back to me. 1 week and a half of chasing up still nothing. Don't waste your time.

I never booked my oven to be cleaned before but it was getting very dirty, my landlord said I needed to get it cleaned and part of my inspection. The oven came so clean thanks to the couple that came and did the job. I didn't know it could be so clean, it looks better now then when I moved in.

The most poorly run business i have encountered. Cleaner was useless, phone wench extremely rude and no manager availavle for a week!? Haha where is your 2IC to deal with all these problems u guys have. Dont waste ur money or time. Useless snakes

Absolutely useless. Booked couch to be cleaned between 8-12pm and was told cleaner would call me to confirm a time. At 11.45am no one had called or shown up so I called Happy Tradie who didn't answer. I then emailed them and they said there was still time as it wasn't quite 12pm.
Needless to say, no one ever called me or showed up to do the job and I never heard from happy tradie again. They are time wasters!!

I had no issues at all with the bond clean and carpet clean done at my house in bulimba.
Cleaners arrived an hour early to try and get the clean done before the heat set in the middle of the day when we had the heat wave, but I didn't mind at all. Doing a full bond clean on a 4 bed house in 35c heat can't be easy but they did it and today my agent said it passed inspection.
I can recommend happy tradies cleaner Davi, his wife and another helper to anyone. Good job!

The ladies at the office were lovely, however when the cleaners arrived they demanded more money on the spot. I attempted negotiation and instead they just left. THE WORST and most unprofessional service Ive attempted to use. Went with First Class Cleaners and they were brilliant.

I had to go back and clean afterwards as they missed quite a bit. Also did not send me the receipt for the carpet and pest treatment straight away as promised, I called and emailed and they did not respond for a couple of days. When I complained later about the cleaning they said they had a 5 day guarantee where they would have sent the cleaners back which they never told me when I booked and I was too busy just trying to get it sorted out to get my bond back and given how they weren't responding to my request for the receipt I wasn't relying on them to do the right thing at all by that point.

The carpet cleaner didn't come at his designated time, did not inform me that we needed to vacuum before he arrived, did a TERRIBLE job and then refused to come back to fix the terrible job he did without charging me again. There were still stains on the carpet that we had to scrub out ourselves after he cleaned them. The carpets looked worse than when they were dirty. Would not recommend this company to anyone, do not waste your money.

I will never waste my time with Happy Tradie again. Cleaners didn't show up at designated time, and the excuse was that they had moved my clean and were too busy to tell me about it. When they eventually turned up the job wasn't even completed. Floors that were supposedly mopped looked like they had dirty water swished over them, showers not cleaned at all, dirt pushed into corners. Absolutely disgusting! Still havent heard from management as to when they will be re-cleaning!

3 times I have booked them come home at the designated time and 3 times they have failed to even show up, call me or text... disgusting. Have had to take time off at the designated time to meet the technician, 3 times, never showed, never called...woeful customer service terrible business practices.

Just had Jas and Karam clean my oven. They were efficient, on time and the the oven is like new. I am so pleased with the results and will call them again

Initially the customer service was good. I booked an appointment online and they promptly replied via email, answered my questions and confirmed my booking, (Brisbane area clean).

When the contractors did not show up at the appointment time I emailed the company to confirm. No reply after several days.

Nobody showed up to do the clean and I have not heard back from the company via email or my provided mobile number. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
