Am happy with the bond clean done. I nearly didn't book because I seen the reviews here but the office lady was very lovely and assured me they do thousands of successful bond cleans. the cleaners who did the job were thorough. Agent was happy with the property when I handed my keys in. win win situation.

Cleaner came out to clean our ottoman. Was a nice lady and got the stain out, however the clean has left an overall brown tinge. Wanted them to come out again to have a look to see if they can get it whiter. Have email couple of times - no response. Have called them and been told a manager will call us back. Still nothing. Rang the personal number they SMS me on. Say someone will get back to me. 1 week and a half of chasing up still nothing. Don't waste your time.

I never booked my oven to be cleaned before but it was getting very dirty, my landlord said I needed to get it cleaned and part of my inspection. The oven came so clean thanks to the couple that came and did the job. I didn't know it could be so clean, it looks better now then when I moved in.

The most poorly run business i have encountered. Cleaner was useless, phone wench extremely rude and no manager availavle for a week!? Haha where is your 2IC to deal with all these problems u guys have. Dont waste ur money or time. Useless snakes

Absolutely useless. Booked couch to be cleaned between 8-12pm and was told cleaner would call me to confirm a time. At 11.45am no one had called or shown up so I called Happy Tradie who didn't answer. I then emailed them and they said there was still time as it wasn't quite 12pm.
Needless to say, no one ever called me or showed up to do the job and I never heard from happy tradie again. They are time wasters!!

I had no issues at all with the bond clean and carpet clean done at my house in bulimba.
Cleaners arrived an hour early to try and get the clean done before the heat set in the middle of the day when we had the heat wave, but I didn't mind at all. Doing a full bond clean on a 4 bed house in 35c heat can't be easy but they did it and today my agent said it passed inspection.
I can recommend happy tradies cleaner Davi, his wife and another helper to anyone. Good job!

The ladies at the office were lovely, however when the cleaners arrived they demanded more money on the spot. I attempted negotiation and instead they just left. THE WORST and most unprofessional service Ive attempted to use. Went with First Class Cleaners and they were brilliant.

I had to go back and clean afterwards as they missed quite a bit. Also did not send me the receipt for the carpet and pest treatment straight away as promised, I called and emailed and they did not respond for a couple of days. When I complained later about the cleaning they said they had a 5 day guarantee where they would have sent the cleaners back which they never told me when I booked and I was too busy just trying to get it sorted out to get my bond back and given how they weren't responding to my request for the receipt I wasn't relying on them to do the right thing at all by that point.

The carpet cleaner didn't come at his designated time, did not inform me that we needed to vacuum before he arrived, did a TERRIBLE job and then refused to come back to fix the terrible job he did without charging me again. There were still stains on the carpet that we had to scrub out ourselves after he cleaned them. The carpets looked worse than when they were dirty. Would not recommend this company to anyone, do not waste your money.

I will never waste my time with Happy Tradie again. Cleaners didn't show up at designated time, and the excuse was that they had moved my clean and were too busy to tell me about it. When they eventually turned up the job wasn't even completed. Floors that were supposedly mopped looked like they had dirty water swished over them, showers not cleaned at all, dirt pushed into corners. Absolutely disgusting! Still havent heard from management as to when they will be re-cleaning!

3 times I have booked them come home at the designated time and 3 times they have failed to even show up, call me or text... disgusting. Have had to take time off at the designated time to meet the technician, 3 times, never showed, never called...woeful customer service terrible business practices.

Just had Jas and Karam clean my oven. They were efficient, on time and the the oven is like new. I am so pleased with the results and will call them again

Initially the customer service was good. I booked an appointment online and they promptly replied via email, answered my questions and confirmed my booking, (Brisbane area clean).

When the contractors did not show up at the appointment time I emailed the company to confirm. No reply after several days.

Nobody showed up to do the clean and I have not heard back from the company via email or my provided mobile number. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Booked a steam clean for our couch. Booking over the phone wasn't the best, but we got a 4 hour window for the cleaner to come (8am-12pm). Took a few hours off from work to be home for the job. At 11.45, I called Happy Tradie to work out where the cleaner was. Was told that the window was 8am-12pm, but that they would get the cleaner to call me. No call. Contacted Happy Tradie again at 12.45, and was told again that they would get the cleaner to call me. Again, no call. No follow-up call from Happy Tradie to see if the job had been done.

Overall: Unreliable. Terrible customer service. Have subsequently cancelled numerous other booked jobs with Happy Tradie.

I had my oven cleaned for a bond clean, didnt have the time to do it myself. They did a super job! I hate cleaning my oven but they made it look easy.

I had a good experience with happy tradie, the bond clean and carpet clean passed inspection and the cleaners were very polite. I paid the cleaners in person on site and got a receipt emailed to me. Happy all round.

Had a bond clean and carpet clean done last week. Overall was a good job done. Cleaners worked hard and carpet cleaner was lovely. I will use again for my next move.

This company was super accommodating and managed to fit me in for a bond and carpet clean last minute. Rates were really reasonable and job was done without any issues. Will be using the same company again in future for bond cleans.
