Twice booked in a time, to have my lounge cleaned, twice the cleaner didn't show.
Wasted my time, don't use this company.

Booked bond clean and they quoted me a good price. "Allegedly" Arrived at the property 45 minutes early because cleaner felt like it. Once he saw no one was that the property he canceled my bond clean and left without so much as a call or extra message. Very very unprofessional, when I finally got in contact with cleaner he was very rude and abusive and blamed the entire incident, and when I called him unprofessional he swore his head off at me and hung up the phone. Absolute worst experience ever please please do not book this company!!!

Booked a steam clean for my loungesuite. Cleaner didn't show and I received no phonecalls from the company to advise why. I rang them 3 times with a promise of a phonecall back - didn't hear anything. Absolutely appalling service. Do not use this company.

I booked in a bond clean on the Tuesday for 8am on Friday everything was all good then at 930 on Friday i received a text message to say they had to cancel the bond clean. I stressed to them that this job was very important and had to be done on that day and they totally let me down and left me with no alternative. Very unprofessional i advise to look elsewhere if you need something done property and on time.

I booked through the call centre for a bond and carpet clean. The contractor turned up late afternoon on his own to do the entire home. When he left the floors where not cleaned, non of the walls were even touched and he totally just missed the laundry. I dont know what he even did to be totally honest it looked as it did when he went in. Our realestate exit report was a mile long with things thats were not done we now have to pay another cleaner to come in to do the job hapoy tradie should have done in the first place. They are bow not answering calls or emails. I DO NOT recommend happy tradie whats so ever.

I had booked Happy Tradie to a bond clean and then decided to read reviews. After reading lots of not so great reviews I was a little unsure about proceeding with the clean. I went ahead and had a bond clean done on Saturday and could not be happier. The contractor arrived on time and was very professional. My real estate agent said it is one of the best bond cleans they had ever seen. I would use Happy Tradie again.

Had a bond cleaning scheduled for 10am, on the day of the clean I waited at the property from 9am to ensure it was a smooth process and. From 10:30 onwards I tried calling Happy Tradie to see if I could get in touch with the cleaner but they never once answered a call. By 12pm I was sick of it and decided I would not be using this company for any further needs.

Don't bother with this joke of a company for any kind of work you might need.

The bond cleaners didn't dust the house down or clean marks of the walls on the first visit, also didn't clean the floors properly. When i tried to call happy tradie, the second the girl on the phone (who was quite rude to talk to) heard my address and name she hung up on me. Since then i haven't been able to get back in touch with them. Worst $600 I've spent for a long time.

Professional tradies, perfectly clean house. What more could I ask for. Used them for a bond clean in the Gold Coast.

January 23rd 2018 Update: Good clean I’m happy

Davi and Sandy did the cleaning for me, they contacted me to start a little earlier and was fine by me. They started 7am instead of 8am. Earlier the better I think. I just wanted the cleaning done ASAP. Real estate said the cleaning was fine and no issues for us getting bond back. Happy and will use again

Very pleasant and professional tradesmen....cleaned my oven in no time at all....left no mess, were very punctual and the price was great. Would highly recommend this service to anyone wanting an almost new oven again.

Booked an oven clean a week in advance for today between 8-12. Confirmed the booking two days ago.
Rang twice this morning to check. Finally obtained the cleaner's phone number. Not coming to do job.
Had informed happy tradie she could not work.
Absolutely useless mob of inefficient time wasters. DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME TRYING TO GET ANYWHERE WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Called to say cant come to clean lounge can we come tomorrow. I said no. Incredibly poor service never again! !

Do not use them

The staff have completed the bond cleaning, pest control and carpet clean activities efficiently and thoroughly. I would use the service again and recommend to others.

Booked via email because I can't call while at work, they sent me a booking confirmation on email to confirm the job, on the day they arrived they cleaned flat out as I was there most of the time fixing up some things to finalise my exit. Happy with the job done. No complaints here! Will recommend!

Booked for a couch clean. Didn't arrive when arranged. Rebooked and he arrived 2 hours early.. I was still at work. Rude man said he was busy and was leaving.. well you arrived at the wrong time and a day late! An hour later he says someone else will arrive. What a stuff around. No thank you I'll take my business elsewhere.

I had a real mess on my carpets and I thought I wouldn't be able to get my bond back because the stains were really bad. Craig came out to do them and he was magic, so impressed! I couldn't be happier. Thank you!
