Harvey Norman Replacement Hot Water

After receiving an outrageous quote from a plumbing company for replacement of my old cylinder - over $4k - I was pleased to come across the HN hot water replacement website and the competitive pricing offered for the same job - approx $1600.

After placing an order online, I did experience a bit of to-ing and fro-ing on the phone before finally receiving confirmation of when the job would be done. However, the technician from Rheem who performed the work did an extremely professional job.

Our water heater died recently and urgently needed a replacement. Harvey Norman replaced the heater at a very competitive price, removed the old one at no charge and although delivery and installation was for a 3rd floor flat which was a tall order the Installation Team were courteous, very helpful and efficient. Great professional service.
