Very poor customer service
I purchased two products which took 6 Weeks to arrive, during this time there was no correspondence from this company, my emails went unanswered and their phone number leaves you on hold for so long eventually it times out and hangs up on you. I finally opened a dispute with PayPal and this got them moving they sent the goods with an email to APOLOGISE because they had been busy MOVING buildings? e and with your order BEFORE your purchase that there would be a weeks delay in delivery. No correspondence no answers to emails no-one answering the phone and a 6 week delivery from a Major Australian City is ridiculous. I would not purchase ANY product that fell under this companies name. Normally I would not write a review like this I actually LOVE the product but on principal I will find an equally great foundation with a company that has someone trained in customer service, 6 weeks for a product I could buy at my local pharmacy and no response to emails just asking for a simple update is just plain BAD!Similar opinion? Do not give this company your card details. I returned items unopened via registered mail first week of April and they still have not refunded. When you ring the number no one answers and when you email no one responds. Consumer ombudsman next step.

Take money out of Credit Card without permission
I cancelled my order after receiving a 2nd delivery. They said yes all good. Then another deliver arrives and they take the money out of my credit card without my permission. When I have called I cannot get through and when I send an email it bounced back. I will now have to cancel my credit card to stop future payments and have no way to rectify this. Do not use this supplier as it is not worth all the hassles to stop after the first product delivery.

A dud of a company
I placed an order over a month ago. Two weeks in I called to follow up my order to be spoken to rudely by an unprofessional and aggressive team member. She stated that within those two weeks my order hadn't been dispatched so I requested a refund. It's been over a month in total and I have not received a refund or products. I've called several times to only be greeted by answering machine. Customer service is not this company's priority. They are rude thieves with no customer service skills!!!! Absolutely disgusted.

Misleading advertising - free samples
I was interested in this product, as it was advertised as being "amazing and an incredible beauty breakthrough" for your face. I only wanted a sample for the cost of $14.95 postage. I ordered a free sample and paid the postage of $14.95. When I phoned to see how I could stop this, I was advised that I would need to return the samples, including the one that I had opened and tried, and return them via registered mail. I went to the post office immediately and did this, at a cost of $10.90. It hadn't been made clear that I would be posting the sample back if I was unhappy. I didn't think the make-up offered anything special for coverage, and it stung me as I applied it. I am out of pocket $25.85 just for the pain of trying a new make-up. I wonder why a tiny sample can't be posted to customers, and if they love it so much, they wouldn't hesitate to order some more. It shouldn't be marketed in a way that if you do nothing, you have this huge ongoing financial commitment to something - when you just wanted to try it. Great product? Bad and rude service

Worst customer service I've ever received
Wow. Emailed this company today to ask where my order (placed and paid 10 days ago) was and received a reply email saying they were out of stock. I was offered half the amount of product in replacement (not sure how that works out) and was spoken very rudely to by the "customer service" team member Rachel. Disgusting customer service
I am very disappointed with the high life customer service this time. I have recently purchased Foundation No More trial with high life and this is my 3rd purchase with them. I am not happy with the foundation color and have been contacting the customer service all day so that i could get the authorisation code to send the product back to them. I have constantly been on the phone and left several messages with my name and number but no picks up or call back even.

I love this cream!
I have been using immortal for over 1 year. It is much cheaper to buy online and in the past I have had shipping delays but when I've called it gets sorted quickly. No delays over the last few orders. I just love this product! I love my skin for the first time in my life. My red acne scars have competely faded and I seldomly have a break out. After running out of this product I have tried other products but quickly make another order to get some more. Nothing else I've tried even compares. My sister and mum are now converted too!

I have ordered the Immortal face cream on numerous occasions with out any problems. I receive the goods within a week every time. Cheaper than purchasing from stores and always get numerous free gifts with every 3 jars purchased, plus cheaper price for every 3 jars after the first purchase on the same order. I have placed two orders now, one last year 2015, and another one just recently, both were paid and delivered without any issues! Cheating with the terms and condition. Ordered samle pack for $9.95 and the kept a secret notes in terms and condition to use the card again. If we did not call and cancel that then they use card again and send the parcel and take your money without any further permission. It is ridiculous. So please they will not accept the return. Ridiculous..... I ordered and paid on 15 MARCH, received today - 19 JULY. FOUR MONTHS !? Not a single courtesy mail or explanation.

Never received product
Very disappointed never received the product ordered. But they were quick to take the money out of my account. After 2 weeks I rang the company to only be told it's in the warehouse but was never sent out, call me in a week maybe we will send it then. Over a month now no product no cash not a happy customer.

They're not good
Do not order products with these people. I sent mine back because I wasn't happy with their service or products because they simply didn't work. I paid for the postage and returned them exactly how they explained, but today I had a letter from a debt collection company demanding I pay $147! Lucky my dads a lawyer. I strongly advise against doing business with these people...

I just received my immortal pack today, where as i read the fine print talking about the free products aren't free if you open them. which sent a red flag right away for me, then to read these reviews after calling them with no answer. How can this company be a scam when it's shown on the same channels that run a current affair etc! Has anyone had any luck with the creams? Are they even worth opening??

I had the same trouble do not trust them they will not answer the phone when you ring customer care so I got them through face book and left them a message saying I want to cancel my order, and they gave me a refund I read so many bad reviews I suggest you look up on the reviews about other peoples problems they had with them.

I love Immortal laser bright cream. I had blotchy red skin, rosacea and always wore heavy make up. Two weeks after using this product my skin has almost cleared up completely. I only wear mineral make up now.

Ordered shapewear that was advertised in channel 7 sunrise in june 25 but until niw i still didnt get my items, paid hard earned 133$ for nothing, rang the customer service but getting no where,. Was told they will investigate and chek with Aus Post and that was Oct 15, amost a month pass still no update from them, called oct 29 just to be old someone will ring me back in the afternoon but no one did and still trying to get hold but cus service number is useless,, no human being is answering just machines, we cant get answers from those machines!! I want my money back!!
