Value for money TV
Just purchased this TV and can’t believe the value. It’s a standard TV with great picture quality and basic smart TV features. It’s no Samsung but for what you pay for it there are no complaints at all. Comes with standard 3 year warranty, no complaints so far
Purchased in March 2021 at Harvey Norman for $850.00.

2 duds and can't get through to the call centre
I have a 65P6 TV with a cooked HDMI port, after 18 months mind you and this already being the second model - 1st one had a faulty panel - but do you think I can get through to them to talk about it? The customer service is seriously unbelievably bad - I first called them this afternoon at 2.45 Perth time or 5:45 Melbourne time and spoke to a man named ___ who issued me with a service number. He told me that there were further things I would need to do with the television in front of me so I called back this afternoon at just after 3:30 Perth t...Read more
ime and was put on hold for 15 minutes, at which time another man named ___ answered the phone and said that he was taking numbers to call people back the next day! When I asked to speak with a supervisor he said that he was merely a secretary and there was nothing he could do! I was furious because I had already been waiting on the phone for 14 minutes - why would you make someone wait for 14 minutes and then tell them that you were going to take their number and call them back the next day? I hung up the phone and then called back 5 minutes later, at 3.50 Perth time, A full ten minutes before the call centre is supposed to close and received a message saying- 'You have called outside business hours - please call again later.' Honestly, is this the way these people do business? - what an absolute disgrace! - how am I supposed to get in touch with them if I can only call from 5:30 in the morning Perth time when my children are asleep OR up to 4pm in the afternoon Perth time and when I do this they won't even answer my phone call!? - during work hours! Even more frustrating is the fact that I emailed them twice and still received no response! I'm not really holding out a lot of hope for this to be resolved amicably even though I have a faulty product which needs repairing and I need this to be seen to as soon as possible! Just awful.Purchased in September 2021 at Harvey Norman Retail Stores - Appliances for $1,598.00.

Nothing but issues
Bought this for Christmas and had nothing but issues. Finally convinced jb to exchange and now waiting on delivery. TV had lots of light bleed and one dead pixel close to the centre of the screen which was very noticeable. Hopefully the new one will be better.

Good value for money
Happy with all aspects of this TV except it takes too long to start up. My 10yr old TV starts up quicker than this 2018 model. Thou would still recommend as a great TV

Great tv.... but
This tv has a great picture and is easy to use it has built in Netflix and YouTube as well and it looks good. The only problem is it is not android and only a few apps are available so if you want prime or Google you will have to cast from your phone or computer. Still a great tv just wish it was more adaptable

Great sound and picture. Crappy warranty rules.
Ok, so some of you reading this may be looking to buy one second-hand and are wondering why someone might be selling it.
I have just picked up a 65P6 that is about 8 months old, for half the new price. The seller apparently had a genuine reason for selling that was unrelated to the quality of the TV.
I have to say, from the moment I turned it on, it was easy to use. Setup took about 10 minutes. I’m now running the sound through my Yamaha surround sound, but even before that, I was suitably impressed with the sound quality. My wife generally w...Read more

Customer service very rude. They hang up the call after repeating what they want to say
I called and reported problems with a TV recently purchased. I spent more than 15 minutes on checking TV's function multiple times once no buttons on remote or TV set working. They say I need to be on TV but it is hard to spare time to be at TV when the centre is open if you are working at day time. They said they can send someone but it can be charged if it is not fault on the TV. I was asking how it is charged and whether they are technicians from Hisense and as such. Then the staff just repeatedly told me to call again when I am in front of...Read more
the TV and hung up the phone all of sudden. I was asking for the call out as I was very sure it is TV's fault even they said I can be charged if TV is ok. Then How rude they are. They just say what they want to and hang up. By the way, It is just week 3 after purchase. TV remote and even manual button on the bottom of the display is not functioning even after battery changes. Then only function working is turning on and off. Even that is not reliable and stable. Some times I had to plug off from power point to turn off as the manual button is not working. Better not to gamble with your new TV purchase if you would like to save your time. You can buy Hisense only if you are confident to be available to be in front of TV when their customer service centre is open.Purchased in April 2021.

Great tv, excellent picture.
TV has a great picture, sound isn't bad but i have not fully tested it as i have it connected to my stereo. Has netflix already loaded with a few other apps that i dont use. The feet on base seem quiet stable and easy to install. The box that it came in was even designed well with 4 pull tabs to make the box slide off. No need to try and fish the tv out the top like others. Very happy with the product so far.

Great value television, great picture.
Just brought this new TV upgraded from a 48" to this 65". Wow how big this TV is when you get it home. Love the ease of install. Great with our Netflix, PS4 and kids use YouTube alot. Easy remote to use for all of us including the kids. Plenty of USB and HDMI ports. We have had other Hisense TV's and they are still in working order. Great brand and they last forever. So far, we all love this smart TV.

Reasonably priced - top quality
Early last year we were looking to replace our 60 inch LG HD TV after it finally started failing. I read a raft of reviews and found that Hisense TVs had excellent reviews and were being compared with the likes of Sony, LG and Samsung that cost thousands more. Our local Good Guys store had a special on the outgoing P6 model, so picked it up for less than $2,000. I have to say that the picture is exceptional (especially 4K Netflix etc.), the internet functions easy to use and the sound quality is impressive. Members of my wife's family were so impressed that they went and bought 50 and 60 inch versions of the same TV. By contrast I bought a Kogan 4K TV (32") for my son and it's not in the same league as the Hisense.
Purchased in January 2021 at Good Guys Capalaba for $1,839.00.

Incredible TV!!
We had bought a 55" Hisense TV 2 years ago and needed a larger one for our new home. We decided in buying another hisense as we love the quality and process are always great. This TV is amazing.. clarity is amazing.. no pixels when you watch TV.. gorgeous colours.. bought added warranty as we always do. The TV was easy to set up but does need to come with child safety straps. All round love this TV! Will be buying another one. Hisense customer service is always great and responsive. The TV is very easy to use from installing chan ela on first start up to using netflix.

Great tv
We bought the 65” from The Good Guys. The tv looks and sounds great. We’ve had no problems. The picture is clear, the sound is good. Setting up the tv was very easy. If it’s not a HD channel it looks awful. It doesn’t look as good as the instore demo though.

Too good to refuse
I watch A LOT of TV and love my netflix sessions. So when my second-hand, tiny Allure TV wasn't cutting it any more, I jumped at the opportunity to purchase this baby at a very decent price (during a one day sale). I'm no gamer or technology expert but I consulted with my dad who is, and he agreed it seemed like a great buy! I'm not disappointed. I think the picture quality and volume is great. Simple to use and does what a smart TV is meant to do. The silver frame is pretty and sits securely on the TV unit.
