Love Their TVS
We have two tvs from Hisense. a 70" and a 50" - both have awesome picture quality, especially considering the price point. I recommend them if you're looking for good value.

The worst after service
I purchased a Hisense 43R6 4K UHD Smart TV in July, it’s now September and I’m still getting the run around from their call centre. This TV has a lip sync fault that they know about but instead of doing a recall they let unsuspecting customers purchase it.
So the first call they said to go to Settings, Speakers and put the lip sync on a low setting, it was already on 3 so I put it on 1, that didn’t work so I put it on 0.

top someone else from going through the rigmarole that I’ve been through. If I purchase a brand new TV and it is faulty I expect to be able to return it but you won’t authorise that, instead I have to try the USB I was assured would fix it, but it didn’t and I now I’m waiting for a technician to change the main board, once Hisense receive it as you don’t have it in stock. poor customer service and low quality item
I purchased a Hisense fridge in 2014 as I did reviews on the company and found it appear to be good value and quality. I treated the fridge with great care and it is still in perfect condition BUT about 3 months ago a issue occurred with the lower fridge door hinge. I contacted Hinsense to obtain advise and wished to speak to them about the poor quality of the hinge setup. I fully understood there was not warranty. Amazing After Sales Service
Reading here i'm shocked at the negativity, and it's hard to understand as I've had excellent experiences with Customer Care and the Service people. So good, that after they again exceeded my expectations, i came on here today thinking I'll leave a nice review, say thank you. It's nice to have Australians to talk to, too. So, i may have been lucky, but Hisense honoured my 36 month warranties, have been helpful and nice over the phone (and i'd estimate i've spoken to them at least 20 times, maybe more). I thought the freezer maybe wasn't the right temperature (matching the door setting), Hisense arranged a free tech visit, he replaced the thermostat just in case, even though it didn't seem to be faulty. I thought that was a good sign, and bought the matching fridge. Hisense then fully replaced the freezer when it was 18 months old (over a very minor issue that no other maker would have thought meant 'replacement time'). Hisense supplied the right documentation to the retailer when arranging a replacement. I bought the freezer on a massive special, they replaced it with a full price one, delivered free. They also coped well with my confusion over which retailer i'd bought it from - i did eventually find the receipt, and would say, like with any purchase, hold onto the receipt, maybe clip it into the manual, this makes any call so much easier, also, find the serial number and note it - by the way, mine had a serial number noted on the receipt, but it wasn't the actual serial number. Mine were inside the unit, behind a drawer, at ankle height and in tiny writing, so best to note it before a call if you can) but needing the serial number and the receipt before they can start a claim or service is pretty normal for any manufacturer. This is my third fridge in about 10 years, (the other 2 weren't Hisense, only had 1 year warranties) and i can promise you, the service on my very expensive big name brands wasn't the same - and i got charged for service calls past 12 months! Oh - I have the pigeon pair 280L Upright Freezer HR6VFF280D and HR6AFF355D 355L Frost Free Single Door Fridge (both recommended if you're looking for slim lines and - in the case of the fridge - have a small household or just need a second fridge). My 55K321uw tv screen turns shades of blue just months after warranty period. Customer care is sorry but will do nothing.The term Statutory Guarantee means nothing to them. Do yourself a favor and buy a different brand

I called Hisense customer service today September 2 to be told there was nothingHisense could do without the serial number. nothing!
I explained that I have a 9-5, Mon - Fri, career and I’m not in front of my HOME appliance. Very poor quality
It's a very poor quality products, washing machine didn't work properly from the very beginning.
I've tried to call JB HiFi to organise the maintenance. They was every time just referring to Hisense team. We didn't get maintenance assistance even once.
Don't waste your money and time!!!!

Top quality for good price
Bought a Hisense 58 inch. Works perfectly. Good quality, good value for money. Easy set up and haven’t had a problem since buying. We believe it’s competing with bigger brands.

Google Play won't connect
I got so sick of this piece of garbage that it is now awaiting the hard rubbish pick up next month. I went down and paid $600 for a Panasonic and couldn't be happier. Hisense, TCL, Changwhatever the hell and other Chinese designed and produced tv's are really crap!

Star rating is deceptive
Bought a tv with a 4 star energy rating,but to get a decent picture with actual colour you need to change the settings.
This brings up a warning of more energy use,so what is the energy rating?

Love This Brand, value for money !!
We have had 4 different Hisense TV's and each one has been excellent and they are all still running perfectly. Would highly recommend this brand as a cheaper alternative to the high end market.

Brought a Hisense tv. 3 months later white lines appeared at top of the screen. Hisense wanted nothing to do with trying to help us, even with extended warranty. Disappointing. Do not buy there tv's def go with other brands.

2nd Hisense fridge
Our 2nd fridge, 1st was reported as faulty within first week. We were told we would get a new fridge as it was structural, this took over 4 months to replace.
2nd fridge 3 faults, 2 electrical last was fridge seal. It has now been over 2 months and excuses every time I've rung up. It was to be repaired until they decided that it's 3rd fault so they would replace/ refund. This had taken me nearly 6 weeks to get the paperwork sent through to the retailer. This whole time I've got rubber bands holding my fridge door together as seal is is bad.
Never but Hisense visionary service are rude, condisending and do not reply to you.

Hisense 39 inch Smart TV
Hisense Smart Tv, absolutely terrible, tv consistently stopped working, had the tv replaced 3 times, and still ongoing issues, would never ever buy a hisense tv again, customer service didn’t care, confirmed they have issues with the tv and just keep replacing them. Asked for a new tv upgrade for al the trouble caused, didn’t even cross there mind to help their customers, terrible service!

Hisense fridge
Couldn’t be more impressed. Recently had problems with Fridge, French door model. After reading many negative reviews & having the unit for over 12 months, worried what response I would get. Response was way above my expectations. Sent out service tech, tested found problems, Replaced with new unit, every person of contact was polite & helpful. Very happy customer.

Poor Example
Just garbage, no other way to put it really, just a garbage tv system all around. My Hisense TV is just rubbish, save your money, do not buy it. All the software and the TV itself is second rate. DO NOT BUY.

What warranty ????
Do not buy a hisense television' i have a warranty problem, only with the safe removal of usb flash drive was on to them today went through registration etc etc etc and was asked for my phone number. I do not at the moment have a phone number and explained this to operator. Was then informed sorry without your phone number i can not help you and hung up on me. That is why i would not recommend this mob to anybody. Poorest service or lack of i have ever experienced.

I have a 40R4 TV bought from HN on 7 May 2022. Can anyone explain why, once a week, when changing the channel or checking the EPG one ends up with a black screen? Yet it magically works again when the power is turned off at the wall and the TV restarted. Thank God we will not have to put up with Chinese crap in the future.

hooting and logging a technician to inspect the unit, as you mentioned there is a fault however a technician has not ruled your TV to be a major / minor fault . We have a 3 year in home warranty with our products for a reason, to be able to assist customers when all troubleshooting has been exhausted. Return Authorisations ( RA) is an alternative remedy offered to customer only after a technician reports back to Hisense on their findings. All communication has been responded back within 24-48 hours by myself directly. We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the Hisense product and service. Have a great day .
