Good coverage, haven't had any problems or concerns thus far. Easy process to sign up and transfer from previous provider. Very good value for money with unlimited calls/texts. Data plans aren't huge but sufficient for what i need.

I switched from Amaysim to Hive over six months ago now. I am on a prepaid plan where they automatically charge my credit card every month. It had all been going fine until this month they charged me twice. Their contact operator line only operates Monday to Friday business hours, now I have to wait to call someone to solve this. Had been with Amaysim for three years prior to switching never had billing problems, and their app is not as user friendly as Amaysim’s in comparison.

I recently ran into some issues with Hive Mobile.

However they reached out and were very understanding and actually said they would work towards the issues I brought up.

They not only provide low affordable plan costs but do it in such a way - ensuring everyone is happy at the end of the day.

I now have now four mobile services with Hive, very happy with the coverage and service. Needed to contact the Helpdesk a couple of times and they provided excellent assistance - well done and very much appreciated.

The $9.80 per month plan (unlimited calls and texts) is perfect for our high school kids. They learn to manage the 1GB data usage so as not to exceed the limit too. Great plan.

I'm using HiveMobile for a month now, and to be frank I am totally satisfied. Network connection is good, 4G internet speed is really praiseworthy. It was my right decision to switched to HiveMobile. Highly recommended!

Have had no problems so far--no dropouts either.Am able to keep in touch with family and friends more often than with previous provider.It is an affordable plan for pensioners-highly recommended.

I am currently a student and was looking for a cheap and affordable plan. Signed up with Hive and have had no issues at all. All requests and questions sent to them by email were replied within 24 hours and my sim arrived in a few days and activated very easily. Overall no problems at all! would definitely recommend!

Whilst I have not used it far from home, I have had absolutely no problems with coverage. Great service and no complaints and no dropouts. Would highly recommend this service.

Had the account with HiveMobile which I had to cancel due to their service fraud. I've decided to change to Moose Mobile after reading Product Review. When I tried to purchased the SIM card, it said "your email address has been registered". Strange. I do not remember providing this company with my email address..I tried to reset the password (Forget Password link) as Moose Mobile suggested, and 1 minutes later, I received the Password Reset email from HiveMobile!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I checked their privacy policy and they did not mention about disclosing or sharing my personal information with Moose Mobile!!

This is very very scary and I am going to contact the relevant authorities for breaching the Privacy Act.

I am connected to my home WIFI 90% of the time but when I use the phone network it seems more than satifactory.

All has been good and I am a happy customer. I have had no problems with Hive Mobile. Keep up with the good work.

I haven't had any network dropouts, the network coverage has been great.
I don't download much data but speed is certainly sufficient for my needs.

Were already on the Optus network, but tariff for PAYG was confusing and expensive. Switched to this basic plan, kept number and service up and running within 3 days of order placed. Billing is clear and simple and any online support required has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. No complaints here.

Just needed a cheap reliable service for my husband so we could keep in touch when apart .internet not an essential as my husband does not use it. This has been just what i have been looking for. No other provider could offer me what i wanted all had big cost with large net.so far coverage been great no drop outs, can not comment on data speed as he does not use it. Thanks hive for a fantastic little service.

network coverage is excellent I don't use the data much but when I do it is a lot better than my previous data supplier

I saw this telco featured on one of the tv news programs.
They are extremely efficient and helpful and offer virtually the same service as Optus for $30 less a month.
Changing my two mobiles over to them was a no brainer.

Great coverage in my area haven't had any dropouts at all. Download speed is on par with the other telcos but I didn't sign up for the data. HIVE app is very useful too. Fantastic value couldn't be happier! Also their call center being in Australia was a major factor in switching providers.
