An awesome driving experience
I just bought a VTI-S and it is a great car that handles well and has lots of options that are smart which makes it a nicer driving experience. For example, the keyless ignition and the parking brake is a button. Overall an excellent car that is a lovely colour. I would buy again (and actually hubby is really considering it).

Perfect Economical Car
We bought two Honda Civics a 2016 sedan and a 2017 hatch from Honda Mornington and the cars have been perfect. The car runs well and is economical run and maintain.
I like a sporty styling of the hatch version, however both cars have been without fault so far. It is spacious and a comfortable drive.

Good Value for Money and great looking car
Overall a pretty good car, never had any issue with it so far. The only 2 things I found is the noise depending on the road surface, and the safety features which don't seem to be as good as some of the competition. Apart from that great looking car and I would buy one again if I had the choice.

Fantastic and reliable car
I owned a 2002 Hatchback Honda Civic and it was such a pleasure to drive. Over the 18 months that I owned it not once did I have any issues with the car. I did have a couple of bulbs that needed to be replaced but that was cheap and easy to do. It was a very economic car to run. I had to sell it as I was leaving the country, the buyer got it checked over by a mechanic and the mechanic was extremely complimentary. I would 100% recommend!

A disappointing car, I'll never buy one again.
Handling is good, acceleration is poor, the suspension is good, it handles well but it's difficult to maintain a steady speed, there is a lack of features, no glove box light, side mirrors don't fold in automatically. The seating is too low I get lots of complaints from friend that say it's difficult to get out of the car. The bluetooth is poorly positioned and the display is confusing and not user friendly, no CD player. I find it to be disappointment and I would not recommend buying this car. I do recommend buying a Toyota Corolla.

Blue Civic 2017
Excellent performance and handling. Even in heavy rain, the drive is superb. Really like the digital odometer. Probably the only small concern for me is how the interactive system works when I plug my phone. Used in mostly inner city and for a 1800cc, the fuel economy is really good.

Good one but a thirsty car.
I am using Honda Civic Sport MY07 for more than an year after purchasing a used one from Brighton Honda. It was 63000 on the clock and was in utter topmost condition even after 10 years, being used single handedly by a lady. Being an avid fan of Honda brand I bought it without giving a second thought. The car is an absolute pleasure to drive, super smooth and gives that confidence to steer around anywhere. The only disappointment which is not a deal breaker though, it gulps a lot of fuel. I drive around 400 kms on a full tank which is pretty massive for 2 Litre engine or may be I just do not drive in an ideal manner. Whatever it may be, I love my car for making me feel and the confidence it generates, which is all what matters to me.

Excellent Service
Also Honda Blacktown Service Department gave us an excellent service for our Civic RS for 10,000 km and 20,000 km Service. Compare to Lander Toyota Service I have received for my Toyota Camry Hybrid Luxury Car, this is absolute magic. Lander Toyota should learn from Alto Honda Blacktown as how to treat customers. What a difference. Thanks Honda

PERFECT
So far the car has been great as the leather seats, sunroof, Bluetooth and great engine at under $10k. Hondas are generally robust and reliable and the Civic is no different, It's well engineered and well built, which flows through to its use in the hands of owners. Few issues like the battery will run out if the aircon is on while the car engine is not running.

2017 civic type r
i went down to seaford to test drive this amazing looking car, i like the fact it’s styling is out there. Nothing i would change on it besides the conti tyres. i’ve never been a fan.
So let me tell you this car is amazing, But there are comfort sacrifices which is now why i have a golf R.
Honestly i point and shoot this thing into corners like no other car i’ve owned. Seats are very race inspired which have little adjustment and that’s the only reason i traded it.
Mind you i do have a bad back.
Besides that i cannot fault the car i would fu...Read more

Love this car. I can't believe how many k's I have done and no problems. It is a bit small for my adult very tall grandson but he manages. I would like to update but not sure I want to let this little beauty go so I can get another one.

A decently good looking vehicle?
Chose to be a second owner of a Honda Civic RS 2017 (11,000 KM with 4 years of warranty left) which saved me more than $10,000. The car looks and smells like new. I really love the design both inside/outside, also love the efficiency 6L/100km daily. But to be honest, there is nothing else that i love about this car.
Average noise on the road.
Decent quality 450W audio quality.
Get the job done with a laggy touch screen.
"I can see things " in reverse and side camera.
Start feeling some pain in the back after 3 hours of driving ( I'm 2...Read more

Bang for your buck!!
The new honda civic is truly a unique vehicle. At first I did not like the styling features at all, but gradually the grew on me. When I was in the market looking for a new car, the civic stood out above the rest of its competitors. Standard features such as digital speedometer, multimedia system, and reverse cam all stood out for me. Although I went with thr base model, I am happy with my purchase as the top of the range was almost 15k more. The civic is very roomy and has a very elegant layout making it nice and simple to drive. I used to own...Read more
a new corolla before this and I am very happy with this purchase. Fuel consumption is great for a 1.8L. Overall, I would recommend this vehicle to anyone who is in the market for a hatchback as it offers alot more than its competitors such as mazda, toyota and hyundai.Similar opinion? Service every 6000km NO WAY
Service light came on at 6500km and 13500km
If you don’t service within 1000km you have warranty issues
Unacceptable
Other family car has 15k intervals
Dealership says due to driving. I say normal driver, normal roads, normal conditions
Honda fan for 30 years. No more
Do You want to buy a car that needs its oil and full service every 6000km

After 9 years still enjoying every drive
I purchased this car from new and it has not let me down. I have done over 165000 kms and it still drives and feels like the day I drove it out of the show room. It has been ultra reliable no issues except for a noisy rearwheel bearing which was replaced under warranty. I love the driving dynamics of this car the 2 litre engine and the precision manual transmission which is a joy to use . Both the engine and gearbox are smooth and quite no oil leaks to speak of. I average 7.5 litres per 100 kms which is excellent. The suspension system and 17 ...Read more
inch wheel offers high levels of grip make the car a joy to drive. The brakes are also great to use, Iam still on the original brake pads, I have had only machined the disks. With regular washing and polishing the paint is still in excellent condition except for minor paint chips.I have no reason to replace this car it is simply all you would expect from the Honda brand if you are willing to do the all important scheduled maintenance.Similar opinion? Great car, love it!
Great fuel economy, a tank can last me over 700km. Although abit annoying I can only put 95+ in it. At first it was hard getting used to the blinker on the left side as the car was assembled in the UK and fog lights are in the back instead of the front. The wheel protectors get dust trapped easily because of the model so I have to clean it more than a usual car. Overall I am very happy with it.

Near flawless, a well-made and thoughtful car
I have owned my MY17 Civic for 14 months now. I cannot recommend it enough and am totally satisfied with my purchase. The car in question is a VTi-LX with the 1.5L turbo engine.
The economy is good for a medium sized car. We usually get around ~5.5L/100km on highway and ~8.5L/100km in town. We are reasonably spirited drivers. When I have tried to be economical, I can get it down to <5L/100km on highway.
The interior is just lovely. I really can't believe what you get for the money. I was tossing up between the Civic and the Mazda3 and wa...Read more
s totally sold on the Civic interior. I am quite tall and can sit comfortably in the back. The fit and finish is great. It is solid and well-made- there are no flimsy pieces of trim to shatter the illusion. The leather is soft and feels of good quality. The styling is very smart, in my mind. My only issue is that the swept roofline makes accessing infant capsules in the back a hassle. The boot is very large- we were able to fit a stroller, a highchair, a port-a-cot, beach gear and towels, two small suitcases, a few deliveroo bags of gear, an eski, two pillows and a bag of shoes on a recent trip. It's like tetris, but it can be done. The ride quality is very smooth, and I have found the car to be whisper quiet. The noise depends on the road surface obviously, and it's not a Rolls Royce, but seriously, it's good. Wind noise is not a problem until ~110kmh and even then is fine.Similar opinion? A truly Great little vehicle
Outstanding economy - over 700k to a 55litre tank of fuel on the highway and about 680 around town. Amazing handling - goes round corners like it's in a slot. Incredible braking - If you have to hit the brakes hard, lights flash everywhere to let everybody else around you know they are about to hit you because you can stop so fast. lol. We bought it brand new just over 4 years ago and the only thing we have needed to do mechanically was new brake pads at about 60,000KM. Very comfortable. We drove Townsville to Darwin (2500km) over 3 days (about 8 hours a day) and experienced very low fatigue levels. I'm 186cm (6'2") tall and more legroom than I need. We just love it.
