Worst vacuum to date

published

Purchased for Convenience over a year ago, used this about 3 times. Easier to get the normal vacuum out
Poor on all surfaces. Tiles, carpet. Was convinced this was better than a Dyson as my son has allergies. This is far from being better! Certainly not worth the $700 price tag.

Purchased in December 2021 at Godfreys Physical Stores.

The worst vacuum cleaner i have ever had. I sent it for repairs 3 times it gets clogged up and the floor brush stops .

It works on tiles but needs hard work on carpet to keep it going emptyying and cleaning brush as it stops rolling. I cannot do 3 bedrooms at a time. It sucks okay at the start for about 10 minutes.

Purchased in October 2021 for $699.00.

OMG terrible product at all

Hi there, trying to save you money and not make same mistake as we did. We had Dyson and was great for many years and for some reason when upgrading we have decided on recommendation of vacuum cleaned salesperson to bu this model. OMG what a lemon !!! Too big head so you cant get under sofa, cabinet ... doesn't suck properly at the front head. Filter is blocked after vacuuming one room and we are vacuuming 4x a week. Had to buy second battery as one doesn't last. impossible to pull apart when emptying filter...doesn't suck properly - stay away.

Purchased in March 2021 for $685.00.

Is it best to leave the battery on charger all the time or take off once full? I use the vacuum daily.
