This Hose Reel is a very high standard of quality. It was to replace a Bunnings bought one and it is far superior. They are more expensive than the Bunnings varieties, but of a much better quality. The trigger that came with it is good to, with spare O-rings and Silicon grease supplied too.

The products are just as shown and described, service is fast and for such a heavy product shipping costs are cheap! The products are of the best quality and while you have to use all of the Hoselink connectors and accessories, the way that they connect so strong yet so easy to do, I wouldn't want to use any other product now. I also got one for my dad who is a paraplegic and has arthritis in his hands and as a gardener at age 76 he thinks it is the best hose he has ever used and really easy to use with his disabilities. The Hoselink is worth every penny! Thanks for such an amazing product.

This hose is the greatest hose i have ever had. It does not kink and the 30 meters is a great length. Fully retractable is a wonderful feature and it always winds up perfectly.

Wow! I had seen the reviews on Hoselink products before purchasing this, however it's not until you experience them do you realise that you've been missing out for so long. The products just function as you'd imagine a hose, coupling and reel should. I can't think of all the money I've wasted over the years on hoses that kick, crack and cheap feeling fittings that leak and come off. I can't wait until the rest of my hoses fail so that I can add Hoselinks to the rest of my garden

A product that does all that it says it will do,easy to mount with all mounting hardware supplied.Just a excellent unit to work with. A great Aussie company and will recommend to all my friends.

Fantastic product as it is very easy to use and I now no longer have to worry about kinks. Although, I wish it came with another mounting bracket so I could use it in my front yard.

Absolutely love this product! I purchased the high flow option for mum for mother’s day and she loves it, says it is perfect for washing the cars and the boat, having more pressure and a easy to use fast to retract hose real, wouldn’t be without it

This is not the first 30m reel I have purchased from Hoselink. My wife loves the ease of use and the strong connectors. Would certainly recommend and it wont be the last one we purchase.

The links are great although I can’t use any of my old appliances like soaker hose and sprinklers without purchasing another attachment. It was easy to install and wonderful to have an efficient retractable hose.

Great product, the 2 hose reals turned up to our remote location very fast. I was impressed by the ease of the installation. We can now reach our whole yard and don’t have to untangle only cracked up hoses every time we want to water.

Recently purchased and installed two Retractable 30m Hoselink Systems (front and rear of house), and other attachments. I bought these one day, after a fight with the old hand winding hose system (which I lost). Anyway, we are now in Hose Heaven - my wife and I both love these systems. I am loving my retractable hose reel. It is so simple to use. It's everything I hoped it would be. The compatible sprinkler is great!! Love it! Watering is no longer a chore.

I was so over fighting kinks and tangles in my hose. Operating the Hoselink is so easy, so tidy and frustration free. It looks tidy on the wall and retracts without problems. So much easier than the old fashioned way.

Our hose was delivered within a week, was easy to install and is great to use, retractable is amazing. Sometimes the water does not come out, not sure why, I have to unplug and then re-plug it.

Super easy to use, love the long 30mtr hose it reaches all areas of our garden, really impressed with the quality for the complete unit. I will be ordering a second one soon for the front garden. I would easily recommend this unit to anyone. Wish I bought one yrs ago, would have saved a fortune we wasted money on cheaper ones that never lasted. Super fast postage too.
