A quality product that does what it says and continues to outlast any other hose reel I’ve had before. The plastic does not fade, the fittings never leak even with industrial punishment and it retracts all the way with out tangles every time

This hose is the greatest hose i have ever had. It does not kink and the 30 meters is a great length. Fully retractable is a wonderful feature and it always winds up perfectly.

Our hose was delivered within a week, was easy to install and is great to use, retractable is amazing. Sometimes the water does not come out, not sure why, I have to unplug and then re-plug it.

I ordered 3 x 3330 hose reels. The web site was easy to use, the communication clear and concise and they arrived very quickly. They were easy to install, look great around my house and make my life a lot easier!

Easy to install instructions good. The only problem I have found is the leader hose is too long but other great product. Am going to order more parts and a cover.

this hose reel is so much smoother than the hoselock reel I have from Bunnings I will replace that one soon, I also love the quality of the spray gun on the end..

I just think it’s great, we have other hose reels and they are nothing like this one, it’s just wonderful,and I would surly recommend this product to any one of my friends and family

It makes life so much easier. Yahoo a retracting hose is such a relief after years of manual hose storing. It’s a shame that I didn’t get it later to qualify for your $80 giveaway.

Hoselink should be so proud of their Aussie made product - great quality and sturdy!! Our water pressure was just awful, not any more, we've had no problems anymore and love not having to struggle winding up the hose anymore or having it laying on the ground! Keep up the good work!

I live in rural NSW and often are subjected to water restrictions. Having such a quality hose makes the task of watering easier. Love the retractable hose too. I had no idea how much joy could be generated by using a hand held sprinkler nozzle which doesn't leak.

Water flow not the best thru retractable unit..
have a Grunfos pump and still not very great pressure. when ordering did not state this issue.
5/10 for product..
would hate to see how it goes with mains water pressure!

hose came on the reel the reel jammed constantly it blew holds through the hose no replacement was offered in 2007 it was bought by a friend who gave it to me at that time I couldn't get it replaced nor could they it was a case of buy it by him gave it as a gift and have the problems of a shonky product its now been turfed complete rubbish any wonder it was a discontinued line

Was the best purchase I have made this year. An excellent product, great back up service, and would recommend it to any perspective purchaser! The extra fittings and the ease of application is a great asset The durability of the hose is great and the anti kink is like no other hose!

These are well made and reliable. Only had one small issue but it was easily sorted out. A rubber washer came off which caused the join to leak. There were plenty of spares and Hoselink were happy to supply more. Gone are the days of tangled hoses lying around the back yard. The fittings are solid and there is a variety for different purposes. Really like them.

I already knew about the benefits and advantages to this product before buying on myself, having used a family members previously.
This product is worth the money and everything you see & here is correct!
I am proud to have this hose mounted to my brick wall at home. I am that satisfied with my Hoselink HoseI will be buying another one later in the year as a gift.
