Super easy to use, love the long 30mtr hose it reaches all areas of our garden, really impressed with the quality for the complete unit. I will be ordering a second one soon for the front garden. I would easily recommend this unit to anyone. Wish I bought one yrs ago, would have saved a fortune we wasted money on cheaper ones that never lasted. Super fast postage too.

I ordered 3 x 3330 hose reels. The web site was easy to use, the communication clear and concise and they arrived very quickly. They were easy to install, look great around my house and make my life a lot easier!

Not sure why I’ve waited so long to get one of these wonderful hose reels.... simply thought it wouldn’t work because I have such a large rural property but the 30m reel is great and so much easier to use than I had expected! Love using it and love not having the hose laying all over the ground anymore. Would recommend.

We bought the 30m retractable hose for christmas and have been loving it ever since. It's easy to use and the fact we no longer have to drag out the old hose is fantastic. We've since added a cover and would recommend people order one with the initial order, you will want one once it's installed.

We had been thinking about this purchase for quite awhile and had looked at all the other brands from the Big Name stores but decided these were for us so we bought two. Works as advertised straight out of the box. Easy to follow set up instructions made it so simple, we had both fitted in about 30 minutes.

After our popular brand hose reel broke (less than 4 years old) we decided that we would buy and try a Hoselink retractable reel - those TV ads work!
Even though these reels cost slightly more you can see why, the quality is far superior, the ease of retraction, the quality of the hose and then there is the spray gun. Love the spray gun! My favourite feature is the clip to hold the handle open, wonderful for people with weak hands due to arthritis and wonderful if your hands are just fine!
We were so impressed with our purchase we bought another one to replace our unbroken hose reel.

I have wanted one of these for some time. I have a very large block and I just sometimes can't bear the thought of watering if it entails fighting with a kinking hose. This product is so easy to use and no kinks! Watering is now so relaxing. Only downside is that its made in China

It does a brilliant job and it saves water when not in use or leaks. What a fantastic product. When using the hose reel it retracts without any issues, never have to fold up a hose again.

We love gardens. We do not have a blade of grass on our property. We have three gardens areas. A winding path around tropical trees and plants, a Japanese style front garden and a courtyard FULL of succulents. This hose is so good. It reaches to all corners of our garden and courtyard and is so easy to pull out and rewind. The water flow control makes it easy to adjust the flow for the specific area. It has made watering our garden a pleasure rather than a chore.

After many years replacing burst fittings I decided to bite the bullet and buy a decent hose real. The service was excellent and it looks good. Its easy to use and I do not get wet with the fittings coming off the hose every 10 minutes. I am slowly replacing the rest of the fittings around the yard and would recommend it to anyone.

The Hi-Flow Retractable 3425's watering delivery is impressive, but the whole unit is still light enough that we can comfortably move it between our compact, segmented garden areas.
