I was having major problems with hose kinking. Bought the hose a couple of years ago but they still sent me out a free replacement swivel connector and hose fitting.

Bought this because I have a lot of pain and my fella wanted me to have an easier way of hand watering than lugging a long hose around. The retractable hose takes a lot of strength and effort to pull out and sets off all my pain, so a total fail on that point. Also it locks up when I try to pull it around the corner of the house in order to water the western side.

Bought two retractable hose reels for my children not knowing they were made overseas.
Advertising promotes Australian.
After 12 months the sideways mechanism that feeds hose back into one reel seized.
Hose unable to rewind correctly.
Rang about spares and told Sorry NO SPARE PARTS for this problem.
Thought they would have been better support as Reels were not cheap to buy, but cheaply made overseas in China most likely and sold as a premium Australian Product.
More landfill.
Better choices elsewhere at a better price.

It functions very smooth, much more smoother than any other hose reel I've had before. Also it is rather lightweight to take off and move to another spot. The bracket also attached to the Hebel wall quite well and was no way going to fall off, but I had to purchase 75mm x 12mm stainless coach screws and matching Ramset wall plugs to make sure. The mounting screws that came with it are probably a bit too small for the aerated concrete to hold over the long term.

My mother brought one and she was so happy with it. Since then I have brought 4 hose reels with leaky hoses all rubbish I was so fed up that I brought a hoselink and am going to purchase anotherone for the back yard.

Please don't throw hard earned money away on other rubbish by a Hoselink

My only problem with my order is that I didn't get a big enough hose. I'm assuming it is a great product otherwise I would here it isn't from my nan.

This Hose Reel is a very high standard of quality. It was to replace a Bunnings bought one and it is far superior. They are more expensive than the Bunnings varieties, but of a much better quality. The trigger that came with it is good to, with spare O-rings and Silicon grease supplied too.

Fantastic product as it is very easy to use and I now no longer have to worry about kinks. Although, I wish it came with another mounting bracket so I could use it in my front yard.

Great product, the 2 hose reals turned up to our remote location very fast. I was impressed by the ease of the installation. We can now reach our whole yard and don’t have to untangle only cracked up hoses every time we want to water.

I was so over fighting kinks and tangles in my hose. Operating the Hoselink is so easy, so tidy and frustration free. It looks tidy on the wall and retracts without problems. So much easier than the old fashioned way.

After battling for years trying to manage a hose at ground level that had to be used regularly on both sides of our pool fence, we decided to buy the best quality we could get in a reel that could be mounted above the fence so that Australian Standard 1926 safety compliance would not be compromised. The Hoselink reel was easy to mount and is a dream to use. We are confident it will last and will not have the fittings blowing off when you least expect it. Having the adapters will ensure that click on fittings can still be used if required but with that great spray gun that will be seldom. Thank you for good service and prompt delivery.

The Hoselink Retractable hose reel attaches neatly to the wall and keeps our back patio area clear of our old garden hose that our 1 year old loves to drag out and leave out. Great quality product and a worthwhile investment for our garden. We highly recommend this product!

This is a great quality hose reel. Don't waste your money on cheap reels, I've been there done that and they don't last.. Hoselink fitting are of good quality also.

Quick delivery. Easy installation, first use was a bit tricky to get the hose to come out and then retract but after the first time it is sooooo easy. And no more kinks.
