I ordered 3 x genuine toner cartridges online and paid by credit card. When they weren't delivered within 2 days I rang to find out why. Help desk said delivery had been attempted on Friday afternoon but office unattended (incorrect). A weekend intervened. Not delivered on Monday so I rang again. Help desk said they'd been delivered and signed for (by someone who doesn't work here). She wasn't very interested but said she'd contact the courier company and phone me back.

it out. Later that day I received an email from Hot Toner telling me to do just that and if that advice wasn't helpful I could email them. I did, but have not heard from Hot Toner since. That was my first -- and last -- order with them. Hot Toner doesn't understand that delivery is part of their obligation. They should not be happy to fob off any delivery problems for their customers to resolve with Hot Toner's chosen courier company. Be warned! Ordering process was smooth. Of two toners ordered, one was defective. But the company immediately worked to replace it. All well
Given its cheap price, I ordered two toners for two printers. One of the two was good, the other was botched up. Fortunately, upon contacting the company they arranged - without any delay - a replacement toner. I sent a scanned image of the defective printout, and they wanted camera pics of the toner, etc. which I provided. I had some doubts about this company on receiving the bad toner, but I'd rate it very good (not perfect because its quality control department needs to be improved).

You will get what you paid for
I place the order over the phone with the customer service. Receive the cartridges in 3 days. Didn't aware I was ordering the compatible cartridge but still give it a try. The cartridges didn't last very long compare to the genuine so I guess I will buy the genuine toner next time.

Stupid offer to replace
Fast delivery ect, coloured ink great but the black cartridges do not work, have to muck around for sometimes an hour to get printer to go and will eventually work if I stick part of the plastic wrapper underneath it, leaks a bit ect so would not call them compatible as they say. Contacted Hot toner and there solution was next time I place an order they will replace 2 of the 4 black cartridges I have wasted. Why would I want that??? Good one guys, outdid yourselves on customer service.

Sensational service
I ordered 2 sets of genuine HP cartridges. the website was easy to use and the cartridges were far cheaper than from the `big' stationary chain stores. I spent over a certain amount so postage was free and they arrived the next day by courier. I Couldn't ask for better service

Somehow when going into through Officeworks website I have ended up ordering off you guys which did not become apparent until done deal. I have a fairly new printer and have read some of the above reviews and must say I am a little apprehensive now about using your products and many of the above have said their printers were damaged because of leaking cartridges. I hope that I have not made a mistake in ordering through you as far more bad reviews than positive ones I must say especially to do with after sales service. I must say if I could cancel my order I possibly would.
